I purchased a Neon sign from a vendor in downtown Cave Creek. The vendor told me to ship the package at this UPS Store-#4470 at 4815 E. Carefree Hwy, Ste. 108. He said that "all you have to do is take it to the UPS Store-#4470-Cave Creek. Your sign is packed ready to ship & UPS allows you to insure it." I took it there & bought the insurance as the vendor told me. UPS returned my shipment to the UPS Store Cave Creek with obvious damage to my shipment. When I asked the owner about the damage, she said, "UPS will NOT reimburse you for the damage because of the packaging. So I paid over $60 to ship this Xmas present to my son. UPS broke my Neon Sign, didn't deliver my package & this is unbelievable, took my money to insure my package But after breaking it, they would not pay me even though it was insured. The owner was confrontational to me & told me when I asked "why won't you reimburse me for my sign that was insured & UPS damaged", she threatened to have me removed from her store. They did NOT offer me a refund either! Never patronize The UPS Store-Cave Creek. Go to Fedex. BTK.

A few months ago I rented a PMB and I stop by about once a week to check the box. The ladies behind the counter are always so cheerful and helpful, it's like a breath of fresh air. Thank you for making a mondaine task a cheerful one.

Ive beed using this store off and on for the last 6 years. Every time I go in this store I always get great, friendly service even when they're busy. I don't understand all the negative reviews.

Was there Wednesday morning at 11:30 to mail a Priority Mail package to Washington. Was told he wasn't sure it would make it there by Saturday but could guarantee it for $58.00 otherwise it might show up Monday. Took the package to The Cave Creek Post Office for $18.60, it got there Friday. I will make the extra 5 minute drive into Cave Creek.

Stay Away. Nothing But Headaches. This has to be the worst run UPS store ever. I have had nothing but problems with them since we had our mail start going there. No one there (employees, manager, or owner) will take ownership for their mistakes. They just want to blame other people including the other employees and the US Post Office. It took me 7 months after I cancelled the mailbox at the end of our 6 month contract with them to start getting my mail again at the house. Just stay away from that business. I literally had one employee say the manager was to cheap to forward their old customer's mail and after the stack got to big she was instructed to just throw it away. This happened for 7 months as I could not get my mail to stop going to them. I'm pretty sure that is a federal offense but I'm just happy my mail has nothing to do with the UPS Store. Nothing but a big Giant HEADACHE.
