I purchased a Neon sign from a vendor in downtown Cave Creek. The vendor told me to ship the package at this UPS Store-#4470 at 4815 E. Carefree Hwy, Ste. 108. He said that "all you have to do is take it to the UPS Store-#4470-Cave Creek. Your sign is packed ready to ship & UPS allows you to insure it." I took it there & bought the insurance as the vendor told me. UPS returned my shipment to the UPS Store Cave Creek with obvious damage to my shipment. When I asked the owner about the damage, she said, "UPS will NOT reimburse you for the damage because of the packaging. So I paid over $60 to ship this Xmas present to my son. UPS broke my Neon Sign, didn't deliver my package & this is unbelievable, took my money to insure my package But after breaking it, they would not pay me even though it was insured. The owner was confrontational to me & told me when I asked "why won't you reimburse me for my sign that was insured & UPS damaged", she threatened to have me removed from her store. They did NOT offer me a refund either! Never patronize The UPS Store-Cave Creek. Go to Fedex. BTK. ~Brad

If you look on this page, it'll say that between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. is it as busy as it gets. However, for the third time in a row that I've come here around that time, they've always been on a "mandatory 30 break" at that time. Just seems an odd time to choose to go on break, when Google notes that time is when you'll be as busy as youll be that day .. ~cocobelly410

Very kind staff here! And candy you don't normally see at other convenient stores. That's one thing I love! They so close a little early but there's a gas station not even 2 blocks away. Very nice people every time we've went in. ~Shantell

I always use self checkout at this store because I like doing it and I consider myself efficient, and rarely have problems, as I know how the software works. But today, Winston did not want to "deal with my attitude" when i politely yet firmly assured him I had bought the items on my coupons. I even offered to go to customer service if he didn't want to help me, but no. It was like he wanted me to purposefully receive the errors I knew would happen. There is a very specific paper coupon for shrimp that is not in the system but I've been told I'm buying the right product, as I get the coupon every sungle week, and use it every single week at self checkout. ~Alita

I work here. I love it. Shop the deals with the For You app and club card and you can get a surprisingly affordable load of groceries. Produce and meat is consistently good and I like the Safeway brands, especially Open Nature and Lucerne. I also like shopping the store, which is just the right size for me, not overly large. ~lynette

Should be an option to leave zero stars. Don is rude and not helpful... and he's the pharmacist. He was supposed to call Frys to transfer a prescription for me on Tuesday... and didn't... I called back today (Friday) since I never heard back and Don said Frys hasn't responded. I called Frys who said Don has a history of not doing what he says and they never received a call or fax. I called CVS back and spoke to TJ who said we'll send them another fax. What century are we living in. I told TJ the pharmacist at Frys is expecting her call, if she could please call. She said she'll see if she can get around to later today but can see they sent Frys another fax 40 minutes ago (Which I just confirmed that Frys didn't receive). Zero urgency, zero care for a patient who needs their medication. Unbelievable. ~Barry

Wonderful salon! I had a bridal appointment for myself, my mom, and my bridesmaids as well as my Mother-In-Law. Could not recommend them enough. I had my hair and makeup done, and absolutely loved it! It stayed in all day and all night. Everyone here is so nice, professional, and an expertise in what they do.
