Probably the worst run post office I have ever seen. Carriers have frequently / almost daily deliver my mail to the wrong address. Have had numerous times were a package was shown delivered that never arrived and since I have a very secure locking mailbox I am quite sure it was not stollen. Have watched the carrier throw packages into my yard over and over again in spite of the gate being open and never locked. Very sad to see this type of pitiful service. I have spoke to the Post Master there and all I ever get is a sob story about having to drive in from Buckeye every day. Something needs to be done. I guess I am fortunate to be moving to Bisbee and will be getting away from this circus

This is an older USPO facility. The entrance and exit to the parking lot is narrow which "can" make it difficult to turn into the lot when someone is trying to exit on to Hathaway. One of these days, I am sure a newer and larger facility will be built in town where it belongs. People seem to forget the USPS goes everywhere in the United States to deliver mail, packages, etc. It even delivers "the last mile or so" for UPS, FedEx, etc. and does it at a lesser cost than competitors. There is a lot of pressure for the USPS to raise its rates so as to be more profitable. The USPS is not supposed to be profitable. It should cover its costs. If you raised its rates, you would see similar from UPS, FedEx, etc. also. It should have never been made to prefund its pension as certain senators mandated in 2006. The Constitution was ratified in 1789. The Postal Clause in Article I, Section 8 gave Congress the power "To establish Post Offices and post Roads" and “To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper” for executing this task. The power in this is such that the government would have the ability to communicate with all its citizens. You can bet, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc. would not be delivering to all areas of the country to which the USPS is tasked with doing. It is not profitable for commercial interests to do so and you would not pay the cost. Keep in mind, no business is required to fund their employee retirement plans fifty or so years out. This is what has made the USPS appear to be a losing venue. I could add to this but I have said enough. I have no issues with the small post office in Maricopa, AZ. They are extremely busy and each time I have been there, there have been 2 or more USPS employees handling the customers. My postal person delivering our mail has been courteous and efficient. Full disclosure, I pick up the articles from Steve Hutkins and former NC Postmaster Mark Jamison at "Save The Post Office" and recast them. Mark testified in federal court for the Post Office. We have a running dialogue. Thank you.

I just posted a review about this how wonderful I was treated when I called for crucial information. I forgot to include the gentleman that helped me. His name is Nathan. A lovely person!

This small part office is nice, the staff were great to help me with my package i mailed today. Although it is a small post office, so the line can get real long fast. I think we arrived just in time before the long line started.

While I am glad to have postal services available and I had a positive experience interacting with the staff, I think staffing may need to expanded and services diversify to address the current size, expected growth, and needs of this expanding city. More automated options and variability in the service hours would also be helpful for the community.

I went here a couple of times. My only complaint would be how rude the other customers are to each other then to the staff with no provocation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I have always accomplished my mission of sending whatever package or letter where ever its going at a very good price.

Staff was overall friendly. My complaint is about the trying to call for a simple question. I don’t know how many different automated options there could be but I’m pretty sure I went through 15 at least. I have one question, that does not pertain to anything the automated service offers . I heard no option to be transferred to a representative. Also, in the short 15 minutes I was there, because I had to go back in, I was hit almost 3 times due to reckless nature of the driving in that small parking lot. I am not sure if this would help but I recommend possibly putting signage as a reminder to drive cautiously Entering and exiting and Check your surroundings before backing out. Due to the amount of volume of traffic that enters that area, another consideration would be to expand their parking lot considerably.

The worker's are extremely rude (all but the male)! They are not efficient at all with moving customers in and out. The don't appear to enjoy working with the public and I would highly suggest they look for employment elsewhere. No wonder why more people are reverting to email and Fed--ex and UPS! Sad to have to write this reveiw.

This is the smallest post office I have ever seen. That being said, the employees are wonderful. Always nice, even when they're very busy. I've learned the easiest way to ship through the post office, is to pickup their "if it fits, it ships" box, prepay the label online and print it out. You attach the prepaid label and drop it off in the bin. Easy, fast and so convenient!

Love the staff here - they're the kind of real people that give this small town its family feel. As a business owner who ships my packages at least a few times a week there, they're funny and super supportive - that kind of encouragement isn't something I've gotten at other USPS stores (who'd have thought!) They've offered me suggestions to help make my shipping more efficient, and that's certainly been great for me.
