I got returned mail on my porched, it was in a puddle ruining my letters and envelopes. Plus now my stamps are useless, I had to put three stamps on them. My mailbox was empty, I don't understand what person would rather walk to my door then put the mail in my box.

They won't attempt to deliver to my door and instead leave a pink slip in the mailbox even on a Saturday when someone is home all day. Can never reschedule because the online form always says the barcodes on the slip are invalid. Can never pickup either because their open hours are the same as my work schedule. Gotta love unprofessional public services that don't care.

OK, this place is not is the most desirable neighborhood. However the postal workers here are some of the nicest people. I have had a PO Box at this location for over 10 years. Many tinea it is weeks until we go to get the mail. Even when this happens and thay have to lug a big bag to the counter. Not once have they been mean about it.

I sent jewelry gift to Canada and I asked before I sent it if my cousin would receive it for sure cause I got it from another country and it costs me around 50!dollars then I paid for post office around 40 dollars but my cousin never ever receive it and when I did a claim they only denied my claim because they want receipt for my gifts I paid cash for the gift and the country was Iraq and there is no receipts things in iraq at all so how come I give them receipt that never have it, I feel so disappointed 😔 coz someone stole it and never return it back to me and my cousin never got it 💔 I won’t send anything in mail

Terrible management". Will not deliver to my residence. Said it would take to long. B.S. Whatever happened to RAIN SNOW SLEET.,,, Certain people get their mail delivered to the door, but, they won't deliver to my house. Over paid can't do their job right.

I've traveled full-time for the last decade or more and I've utilized the USPS in various cities of 7 states and this location was the best of them all! I came in minutes before closing to get a POBox and Kellee helped me. She walked me through what I needed for my current situation and I left. She was very sweet. I came back the next morning with required information when they opened and she helped me again. She has phenomenal customer service skills! She's efficient, informative and quite frankly just a nice person. Her male co-worker was very nice as well. WELL DONE👏 Highly recommended 👍

I just received a "sorry we missed you notice". We have been home ALL DAY. Not only that, but they shoved a box inside our mailbox and now it is stuck. I tried to call, but the number listed is the national 800 number, no specific number listed.

Post office will not deliver packages to El San Juan I'm told. This is a total inconvenience. The young man with dirty blonde hair is rude. The impaired hearing gentle man is outstanding.

These employees are awesome. I've been dealing with some of these men and women for 10 years. They are always polite, knowledgeable and FRIENDLY. It's a pleasure to have people who remember you!! We rented a mailbox last year and it's great not having to worry about stolen mail.

I would say zero stars. They were fine up until a month or so ago when our usual carrier retired, then they started using fill in carriers and every single one has been WORTHLESS. I have never received so many damaged packages or letters and empty wrappers, missing the items I paid for, stuffed in a plastic bag that says "sorry for the inconvenience"
