Normally I have a get experience at this location. Today I was told that they can't scan any QR codes of any form. I asked if they could type it out or print a label, ... Nothing. And then on top of not be able to send my 3 packages I asked to send a personal item, and was told "ok "and just zero help.No let's see what we can do, here are options this envelope would be good or bad.. nothing. Girl sat on her stool like a bump on a log.. Zero interest. Zero help. Left very very disappointed.

I had a great experience here. Even after my local post office failed majorly. Those complaining about ups. It's ups fault. Ups won't even take my amazon returns. Filed severl reports. Also had several packages by ups never arrive. And the ups store is awful here. You basically have to do their job and you might as well bring your package to where it needs to go.

Looks like they're on a roll. I dropped off a shipment and it never made it to UPS. These folks are either thieves, or the UPS driver is. Never had a problem with UPS or the UPS store so my guess is these guys have a thief working for them.

I have shipped over 200 boxes through this post office! The staff are amazing and helpful! I won’t use another post office! 10 stars for sure!

Dropped off UPS shipments and one never made it to UPS. Now, after looking at the reviews is would appear they are thieves. Won't be back.

I will not give this place even one star! I went in to mail very sensitive medical images for attorney. I asked them to put an extra piece of tape on the envelope as i was worried about it coming open and the contents inside were of my husbands cancer scans. Daniel was sitting and there other person helping refused me a piece of tape and stated that the envelopes adhesive was very sturdy and it would not come open. Well I paid 18.50 for a package to go to Maricopa and it arrived empty!!! My husbands images were lost in a UPS truck somewhere and just gone!! Daniel called me and said that he did not know where the CD would have gone! No one willing to help me track down the contents! UPS stated that they would pay me the 18.50. Whoopie! You can call imagine the hassle of getting these and the next set will be expensive!! I am livid and no one will even help me find the CDs! All this could have been avoided if they would have just added that piece of extra tape I asked for!

Shipped comic books from here that are worth over a 1000 dollars. Tracking says it was delivered, however CGC has no record of it evee showing up! Foreign run scam spot!!!

Noway they get a 4.2. Went there 2 print a sticker 4 a return. Twice. And no one knew how 2 plug in and print or email it. Unbelievable.how do the doors stay open. I even asked 4 the printer #.but all I got was a hard time. So 4 now on going 2 ups.up the street. -☆.

Horrible service and I am out over $1000. I shipped from this store for the first time (I know, I know... read reviews). This store LOST my 1k Saxophone WITHIN their own business space. They are unable to "find" my Saxophone. This store feels no responsibility to even take my phone call attempting to track down said Saxophone...?? I am forced to make a police report, hopefully they work with CGPD to resolve. Horrible service.
