Worst Post Office ever. I have lived all over the US and have never had service this poor before. Packages are always damaged sometimes completely destroyed and this PO couldn't care less. Staff is rude and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them anytime you have questions or need to report yet another destroyed package. Only reason they are even still in business is because who else are you going to use. Pathetic

Yes, there was an error putting the key in the wrong box, but they contacted me within 12 hours and rectified it ASAP and I got my package! Mistakes happen, but they were so quick to fix it and I could not be happier.

Grant helped me today. He was amazing; helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He taught me stuff I had no idea that I could do to make things run a little smoother for me and honestly idk why they don't make a handbook on some of these things. Thanks again Grant and all the people that work hard to get our mail to us!

Yes, the lines might be long, be really, if you will just be patient, you will see that despite the length, they do move fairly fast. One reviewer said that there was 1 person at the window - I'm sure that was only for a brief moment. When I have been, there are always multiple people at the window, and if only 1, it is just for a brief moment. I also can't believe someone is complaining of the weeds and tree outside. That is the commercial property manager's responsibility...how do you know if the post office didn't already call in a service request for the property? All in all, the service at this facility has been adequate. There are some workers here who provide an exceptional experience. Yes, I had the one employee who tried to tell me I needed to pay $8 to send a certified letter, when the other employee overheard, and said I only need to add a label to the letter for $2. Which I knew, so I wasn't concerned. It's just how things go in retail, you will get all kinds of employees, but generally speaking, this is a good post office to go to, and when you need help on something complex, they will do what it takes to help you. By the way, the lines are not always long. Mondays or after a holiday, perhaps. Noon time maybe. The 3rd of the month, when the Seniors are a go-going, yes. But otherwise, not at all a bad wait.

The front counter workers are great and always help when they can. I feel like many reviewers get mad at the staff when it's actually the postal system and the top people who have made things hard even for the employees. I really like this location and appreciate the staff.

The postal carriers that deliver to our neighborhood are the laziest. They will never bring packages to the door. A couple months ago we lost $50.00 worth of chocolate that clearly stated do not leave in heat, perishable, keep cool. They ignored that and on a 105 degree day stuck it in the metal community postal parcel box. I retrievd it within an hour of delivery and it was one gooey, melted mess. Then yesterday I received a metal sign I had ordered. On the package it said do not bend in big letters. Well it was too large for the parcel box so they bent it in order to jam it in there and now it's ruined. Do they not know how to read or just plain lazy??? It's no wonder the USPS has financial woes especially if damaged claims have to be filed continuously I guess it's time to seek out a better delivery service.

Don’t go to this postal office is long lines always! The manager looks like she doesn’t know how to work with the personal as a team! Always less people in front when they have as a four stations! They should to have more people in front to work. Where is the personal? Very messy. Again if you want a good service go to the other postal office!

We get good mail delivery with our regular carrier. But when she's off, it varies. We'll receive other people's mail and we'll deliver it for them. How much of our mail is delivered to someone who won't reciprocate? Even when it's printed in BOLD "PLEASE DO NOT FOLD" you know the answer.

They had great service and treated me well. One of my packages got lost in the mail that I was expecting so I went up there and told the clerk what was going on and they called the manager for me to talk to. The manager was really nice and I gave him some info that he asked for to track my package. They said they would call me the next day but instead the mail carrier came to my door to drop off my package. Turns out she read the address wrong on the box. Which is completely understandable because it was kinda smeared and looked like a different number. Overall it was a good experience.

If I could put no stars I would. This post office is VERY poorly managed and has been for some years. The outside is not kept up at all and there are dead tree stumps and weeds outside. When I went to mail something today, there was literally ONE employee working, trying to help a man who was mailing 16 different packages. The line of people had built up all the way to the door. At one point, she left for like 10 minutes to go find something in the back and there was NO ONE watching the front counter. I don't know who is managing this post office, but it's very obvious that changes are needed.
