I literally only go to this location to do cash back transactions or to use the atm. Today I planned to use the atm but didn’t want to wait in line, so I chose to do a cash back transaction instead. I was not greeted although a representative was near the front of the store. She watched me grab a small piece of candy and head to the checkout station. There was a message in the beginning that said, “This machine is not excepting cash,” then asked if I wanted to continue. I rung up my piece of candy and selected my cashback amount then received an error message. When the representative came to the kiosk, she just stood there and stared at the machine. I informed her that the machine did not give me my cash and her reply was, “Did you not see the sign that said it wasn’t working?” I informed her that I read the part that says it is not excepting cash, however I wasn’t aware that meant it was not giving cash either. She calls for another individual that I’m guessing is the manager. When she got there she asked the same question, “Didn’t you see that it said it wasn’t working?” She gave me cash from the register then said, “Our money machine is broke; so from now on, know that the error message means it’s not excepting or giving cash back. I suggested they put a sign up so whoever attempts to do a transaction will know. The “manager” tells me that they are not allowed to put up paper signs, although there was a paper sign up yesterday because they closed early due to a staff shortage. She walked with me to the outside part of the store to go back-and-forth telling me how to interpret their error messages in the future. Now I understand that young folks don’t generally have the type of customer service needed in a business setting, however I’ve dealt with this individual before and it wasn’t a problem. They really need to be taught how to address customers properly and accept their share of the responsibility on behalf of the company. On a more positive note…they generally keep the store pretty clean and organized.

Went here to get my passport photo done, I got a letter from the passport department saying they can’t accept my picture because the idiots at CVS do passport photos with a blue background instead of a white background. I am so irritated with this place.

This store is run worse than a privately owned gas station... Never open or answering the phone when scheduled open. Staff is super hit and miss when it comes to customer service. And no drive thru, for your convenience.

They closed an hour earlier than their listed times on Google on 02/21/22. Their phone also says they are supposed to be open until 9pm. Several customers have came and left since I watched them lock the exit door. I'm gonna get some taco bell then, geez

I came into my appointment for a booster shot wearing a long-sleeve shirt because it’s 20 degrees outside. The pharmacist administering the shot made a snarky remark about how I “didn’t plan this very well” as I was rolling up my sleeve. God forbid he have to wait a few seconds. He was otherwise quite rude and terse. Don’t expect any bedside manner if you have to come here.

No restroom at a pharmacy....Came in wearing a utility vest, not very many choices in town. You'd think CVS could handle a restroom

It took nearly two hours for me to get my prescription. The pharmacist was on the phone with insurance for over an hour to figure out why my insurance card wasn’t going through the CareMark system properly. She did her best, but I have zero desire to sit and wait inside a pharmacy for this long. I have been getting this prescription for the past 7 years and nothing like this has ever happened before.

I go to pick up prescriptions, most people are very nice, and respectfull. Parking lot is not that dirty. I have seen worse. Busy because of short staffing. Some staff try to help with most problems. I mostly go through the drivethrough

I'm from TEXAS and I work for a Kansas City company. I took my prescription in tonight and gave it to Pharmacist Heather. She was very sweet while taking my insurance and information. I started looking around the store and was stunned to be called to the pickup counter after only 15 minutes. I have NEVER had a prescription filled so fast! Then Heather explained the proper procedure in taking the medication. Her assistant was also very helpful and pleasant to talk with. I will definitely be back to this store

Pharmacist Ben Ezekwe is rude as well as the Technician Paula. They have NO customer service or manners at ALL!! Apparently you can’t be helped thru the drive thru to be able to apply a discount. A discount they could’ve easily looked up on their own on GoodRx. Made me come in the store when there were NO other cars in the drive thru to help. They offer no counsels even on new rxs. Don’t even ask if you have any questions. So rude. Don’t even waste your time at this place people. They clearly don’t care for their patients!
