Everytime I shop at this location I can't get to merchandise for all the boxes in the aisle. Merchandise not on shelves always in boxes blocking the shelves

I carry a small backpack as my purse. I'm not a purse girl. Plus I take the bus so my small backpack helps with carrying my tools that I use at my job, etc.. On my way to work I stopped by this store to grab a couple items, I've offered before to put my bag behind the counter but I've been told more than twice I can keep it on me so that's what I did this time like I normally do. I went in there to get three things and checkout, but I was stopped by a woman who was very offensive in the way she spoke to me.I'm a regular here I live a block away, and when you're a paying customer EVERYTIME it's hurtful to be targeted for whatever reason. Maybe because of my tattoos??? The way I dress??? Or what??? It's just rude and ignorant. I won't ever be returning.

It's usually always cluttered and unorganized. The cashiers tend to be a bit rude and unprofessional when it's time for a customer to check out. I've had a few incidents where the cashiers and even managers will be on their phone or talking to another guest/customer when someone approaches them with a question or something. The store itself is a nice enough place, it has great inventory and even better new merchandise when trucks unload. Have to get there when a truck gets there because things tend to go quickly.

They have good selection. The prices are reasonable. The store is small the aisles are narrow. They leave merchandise unopened in boxes ìn the aisles. They do not order what they need, but are sent what the company decides. The employees are nice and polite.

If I could give negative stars I WOULD in a heart beat. 1st the store is ALWAYS MESSY...., 2nd every time I come in the store EVEN WHEN I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. The employees are ALWAYS seem to have a bad attitude like they don’t want to work here.... THEN GET ANOTHER JOB we as customers didn’t do anything to you. Next ENTER THIS STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK there are wet spots rain coming thru the ceiling to the point where you can hear it. I have posted pictures if you don’t believe me. The WiFi does not work in the store for the customers to use THEIR WEBSITE I have only encountered this with stories in the URBAN COMMUNITY this does not happen in the WHITE COMMUNITIES WHY IS THAT DOLLAR GENERAL????? So if the website isn’t working there’s no way for you to use the DOLLAR GENERAL COUPONS that are suppose to be in place to save people money BUT NOT IN THE URBAN COMMUNITY WHY IS THAT DOLLAR GENERAL?????? As you can see in the pictures that the store is not stocked it’s not safe and it’s not clean. I’m not going to stand by and let DOLLAR GENERAL treat my community this way and if people don’t complain or do reviews NO ONE WOULD KNOW. No one would shop in your stores some of the people in this area have no other choice. But most of us Do. I will be contacting DG CORPORATE OFFICE and file a complaint I will also be contacting the city to have them come inspect this business for its safety.

I have been here a couple of times in the past 6 months and the store was an absolute mess. The shelves weren't stock. I think it is because the new manager has come in and is trying to get the store in tip top shape kudos to him and his helpful staff. I will be coming back more often now that I can find items I need.

The people that work there are friendly. One in particular I think her name is Nicki. Your store is usually stocked pretty good. The waiting to check out could use some help.its my go to place to get almost get anything I want. I know I spend more money in there than I do anywhere else. But I know exactly what I'm getting and at what price.

My visit was ok, the store need to be cleaned. Also need to be organize better, but your staff there is so Amazing!!! Nikki is great I hope she's the manager she needs great help in there with her if she's not a manager she needs to be she's an awesome person. I wasn't feeling well and she made sure I was ok before I left and gave me good information on what to do. I am pleased with the staff, just not the upkeep of the store. Thank you.

all Dollar trees are the same you can save some more money on toilet paper and paper towels and etc but they all just look ghetto they're always dirty outside the only one that I've ever seen that has a good appearance is the new one on raytown road but besides that they need to tell their managers that clean the store inside and out they need better crew to stock the shelves it's just a horrible place to be in is this a messy environment. just because you're in poor areas doesn't mean you let your stores just look horrible that's disgraceful even McDonald's and Burger King's keep their environment clean why don't you
