The cashier a young girl first off didn’t greet me in any way at all slowly scans my items then came to an item that wouldn’t scan she stands there looking at the register for a good solid minute even after I repeatedly told her that it was 3.50 or 2 for 6 but I was only getting one so 350 she doesn’t say a single word to me ignores my entire existence finally an employee comes up and she asks him to check the price I say well you wanna scan the other three items I have here while he’s doing that she again ignores me altogether pretty sure she never made eye contact a single time he comes back up telling her 3.15 which was actually the smaller size so I wasn’t going to argue however she’s annoyed by the fact that it was cheaper and asks him again and he’s like it’s 315 and at this point she has a long line backed up just completely disrespectful

Well, place has changed some. I erased my original statement that was done when there was national coin shortage, because it's not completely valid anymore. Of course they still like to give away as little change as possible, but it's not like they say that they can't give it to you at all anymore. The place seems to be recovering from the covid and trucking shortage to a CERTAIN extent. There's still a lot of things that I would like to find in there that they don't seem to stock on the shelves anymore. Like for example, sweet and low, or another brand of sweetner, but I haven't seen it on the shelves in a long time. There's still quite a few empty spaces on the shelves. But it's not as bad as it was. And it seems that they've rotated the whole staff out of there because there's new staff in there and they seem to be nice enough too

I went to 3 different Family Dollars. It was surprising, how the products differ in every store. The service was good, and they had plenty of help. Even the Manager at one store came out, to wait on customers. I applaud that kind of customer satisfaction!!

Employees at this location are definitely more helpful than at the other three nearby. They actually know where things are and will gladly help. That indicates better management.

Very disappointed! So, this past Saturday we went to coupon like every other Saturday and we couldn't find what we needed to get our discount and as we walked out a rude employee stood at the door and asked to check our purses because he said we were stealing, and i explain if they don't have what we need for our coupon's we don't buy anything and we go to the next store. I have been doing this for a very long time and i never had an issue. And employees should check cameras before accusing someone of stealing!!! Never going there again!!!

Twice I’ve visited this mess of a store about 15 mins before closing. Each time they had doors locked and said computers were down. But the second time I asked customers leaving the store if they could check out and they said things were fine. The workers just wanted to close early. Also there’s ALWAYS A LINE but I see only one checker and workers joking around. Badly run store.

Love this place its always packed with merchandise and the workers don't hound you while your shopping , there is a line sometimes but hey great deals and your in and out within 5 minutes ... Great deals !

very rude staff they all need to be fired and ig you want my backpack at the front then put a sign up so the people who shop here knows i even called the dist manger and he agree with me and he told me he would handle the issue this has happen 3 different times but the staff have not put a sign up so that is on them and this whole store has a lot of trining to do
