Good place, great Manager. Do much more than just tires. Randy knows his stuff, on older cars too.

Had some work I was questioning, they came out and explained that it was working properly. Also had them do brakes and fix air conditioning,luckily it wasn't the condenser.

Had a tire with a slow leak, showed up without an appointment. They were booked for a couple hours and I didn't want to wait that long., They offered to do a leak check in the parking lot right away, couldn't find anything obvious and reinflated my tire at no charge. Great service!!

Went to get 2 tires Sunday. The manager said the tires would need to be ordered and would be in Tuesday. I was told they were open until 7 pm. I work until 5 pm so he made an appointment for 6 pm. The manager called Tuesday morning to let me know that someone quit so he would have to reschedule me to Thursday at 6 pm. Thursday at 3:44 pm I get a call from a different employee who complained about why the manager would schedule me at 6 pm when the technicians leave at 6 so he couldn't do my appointment, asked if I could come Friday at 4:30 pm, which I said I wasn't sure. He continued to complain about why the appointments were for 6 pm. When I started to explain what I was told he hung up on me and when I tried calling right back got a recording. I will not be returning ever and will go elsewhere to get tires.

Do not buy your tires at this location. They caused damage to the bottom of my vehicle by lowering it onto an object and refuse to fix the damage. I even have the same red paint used on their lifts on my vehicle. They don't take care of your property. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. TAKE THAT BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

Best tire place l've ever dealt with! I was stranded on my way home from vacation, ran over a nail and JUST made it into their shop before it went flat. The guy got me in and out in no time flat. Sent me out for lunch and by the time we were done so were my tires. Fast, kind, and efficient. Gave me a great deal too! Highly recommend them!!!

Called in to see if they had a tire I needed. I only needed one tire, but Steve told me he would not sell me a tire due to my other 3 tires not being new in the last 4 months. In case you don't get it, he's trying to upsell me 3 other tires that I don't need (my other tires are absolutely fine). Horrible business; horrible service. Don't even waste your time.

Took my car in to get looked at and got quoted over $2500 worth of work for 2 ball joints, 2 tierods and tires. Took to another shop for second opinion and was quoted $1600 for 2 ball joints, struts, and tires didnt even need tie rod ends. Will never go back to tires plus again they price gouge you.

They were able to get me in for a tire installation but it took far longer than the time quoted... Later I noticed that I had to keep adding air to the new tire that I brought. So I went back and had to make an appointment... I called, prior to the scheduled appointment to make an adjustment in the time and no one answered the phone. I called daily and there was still no answer. After multiple attempts, on different days, of receiving no answer on the phone, I went back in hopes to get my tire fixed, however, I was presented by unacceptable conversion with two managers... I was given excuses and attitude instead of service! I called the corporate office and someone was supposed to return my call (the Regional manager) within 48 hours... I recieved no return phone call. I did receive a call from one of the managers at the location that I, previously, spoke with... they had a new attitude, however, when I went in to get the tire repaired, I was given an unacceptable price to have it fixed. The time frame for all of this totaled about 3 weeks... I deserve much better service! Wait... I deserve service period! Especially, after I paid money for a product! I will NEVER do business at this company again!!! There is a total breakdown in customer service with this organization! At the end of the day, it was a horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy!
