Bought the wife a 2016 Mazda 6. Had to get some scheduled maintenance done that had previously been identified and they were just waiting on parts. Brought it home and it was making a bad clunking noise. Upon further inspection, the bottom caliper bracket bolt was loose, and the top one was non existent. It was 9:47pm and our closest store closed at 10. I called the store and Patrick answered and I asked if they had the part and if he didn’t mind waiting. He said he would look out for me and I ran down there. I think I was in the store maybe 15th seconds as he had everything ready to go as soon as I walked through the door. Amazing customer service and so polite and courteous!!! Thank you Patrick!!! ~Chris

OTR Driver here. Check in good, employees friendly, docking is good when no vehicles are parked in front of the docks otherwise not so good..lol, about 3.5 hrs to get full trailer unloaded, must drop/unhook from trailer to get unloaded. They have two docking locations, one on Kansas Ave. , the other on Adams St., the one on Adams St. is where they unload, unless they say otherwise. Ovnp is allowed at their parking lot on Kansas Ave. they ask that you park as close to the R/R track side of the lot as you can so docks aren't blocked. Adam Street has a low bridge for trucks but the entrance to the docks are just before the bridge on left(gate is closed during non business hours, thus ovnp is at their lot directly off Kansas Ave.) as you go down the street. Update, seems you no longer have to unhook from your trailer while being unloaded. Also they added a quarter of a lot of what looks like tractor tires in lot off to side...ovnp still good as mentioned above ~Jerry

I’ve always liked this Oreilly. They always seem to know their business. On this trip, assistant manager Joe, cautioned me to take care driving in to get my alternator checked, as the car could die suddenly in traffic. I made it, and he got me checked out and confirmed that I needed a new alternator. He helped me choose which replacement part looked best for my needs. If I’d asked him to help me replace it, I’ll be he wouldn’t have hesitated :) ~Daniel
