Thia store is a joke. It's always dirty night manager is very rude! Tuesday I was at the store 20 mins before closing.im a fast shopper so in and out for me but the manager had the nerve to say out loud that these fing customers need to learn we are closing to an employee. I've been a manager for many years and never have I thought this or say something like this if I wasn't for us customers they wouldn't need a job or have one. I will not be back Family Dollar here I come. Sad thing is I can drop $500 a month at that store. Wonder where your profit is going. Out the door with the customer that wants to be treated right!

I never experienced a problem until Tuesday when I asked them not to put food items in with scented trash bags and it end up being a big ordeal. Disrespected talk to crazy it was all bad

I love Dollar General because of great customer service .I did not see a particular item on the shelf and the cashier went and opened a box she was stocking from and handed me just what I was looking for...thank you cashier from 55th or 57th & State Ave KCKs

Reasonable prices, bad service. Found a item in my redbull can after i drank half of. Called the store Management said its redbulls problem. Long lines. Rude people.

Ppl are really nice here. Only gave it 4 stars because once I go in the building (and anyone else I know) our phones lose all signal. Normally wouldn't be a plm but I had to call home to make sure I was getting the right thing, and had to walk out almost to the sidewalk by the street before I got signal again. A slight inconvenience.

The staff person was nice! I went in after work to pick up a few items. They have remote security, I felt racially profiled. I will not go back.

I stopped in after work on a Friday. They were super busy, low stock and had one cashier with a huge line of people. Finally a second person came to help check people out, helped two and left the front. Conveniently on the way home but not for the time I spent waiting in line. The staff was friendly though.

Dirty store, nice csr, but the store was terrible. To much stuff in the aisles up by the checkout, it was hard to get a cart through. And only one checkout was open and a customer was taking so long that if I had ice cream it would have started to melt.
