Uninformed and rude staff. Made and appointment, confirmed it online, checked myself in. And then was refused service for no reason.

Sent here for employment screening and there is nothing in the email about scheduling an appointment online, only a phone number with a recording that states that they take walk ins, but after walking in and waiting to talk to anyone find out that I need to make an appointment online. Go to make the appointment and it's more than a week out!!! It's collecting pee in a cup!! How is it even possible that there are so many customers in this one location that putting a sticker on a glass of urine is more than a week out for scheduling?!?!? I can't start my job until this is done so your company is costing me a whole week of wages. I will spend this week finding every review platform possible to let every company know to use a different company for employment screening.

No one answers the phone here. The website shows walk-ins welcome for employment drug screen.... Not true. Don't waste your time driving here without an appointment. 🙄

Forced to come here for a drug test, the instructions implied that it was appointment only but were unclear, I tried to call and left messages but no one ever answered or returned them. Finally gave up and went to the lab where the check-in kiosk wasn't working properly and stated that someone would be out to help me check in shortly. No one ever came out. Luckily another unfortunate soul who was sent to this place of frustration was able to direct me to an area of the LabCorp website, which was not included in the instructions, wherein you can find a link to try scheduling an appointment online. This system functions so poorly and is so anti-user you could be forgiven for thinking it was designed by the government. Update: Came back for my appointment and they kept taking other people ahead of me with no updates or acknowledgement given. A half hour past my appointment time I finally caught the employee and discovered that the kiosk had never actually checked me in when it said I was checked in and told me to have a seat. I cannot say enough bad things about this company.

It sure seems that everyone is in a hurry these days. Yes, there is only one phlebotomist working at this location and she takes customers in the order they sign in. However she is VERY competent; one of the top five easiest blood draws I have ever had (and I'm 75). So, slow down, realize that the world doesn't revolve around you, and enjoy being taken care by one of the best.

Bad system, as others have said. The tech (if you can catch her when she briefly pops out her head) does not give any information on when you can expect to go. The result was people just wandering around Walgreens frustrated with no expectation of when they would be called. People weren't called until long after their appointment or walk-in time, that is if you were called at all -- people would eventually give up and leave.

Terrible company and blatantly rude people. Individuals of front have no idea what is going on, they are blatantly rude and really don't care. Would recommend literally anywhere else.
