Terrible experience, lack of communication and support, 50/50 chance of getting in contact with my loan coordinator. Indifferent to what the customer is experiencing.
Failed to provide critical information per home purchase agreement. Lots of apologies from the coordinator and her manager but not a lot of results that weren't proactively sought by me. Would've been an utterly terrible experience if this was a first time home purchase and I didn't know the process at all of how to purchase a home and could resolve the issue without their support.
Added insult to injury by requesting a feedback, replied with negative reviews, responding department spent months deliberating before calling me back to tell me they didn't find any issues or deviation from bank policy and would not be pursuing the matter further.
I will never do business with WF after I refinance my loan through any other company. I won't even use the car loan service as a result of this poor customer service. ~Shawn
