Best convenience store in Lake Oswego, Oregon (OR) 2024

It’s all about timing. Most of the staff I would say are absolutely amazing. Especially the cashiers! The hard part is the pharmacy - it can take 30-45 mins in the drive through if there is 2+ cars… I’d say you’re better off going inside 75% of the time. Either way, the pharmacy always seem understaffed, which leads to some of them seemingly having some attitudes. There’s one guy who always has a smile and I’m always happy when he’s the one helping me, he’s pretty opposite of a lot of the other ones in the afternoon There’s one that is consistently in a bad frame of mind and did not appreciate me rejecting a prescription pickup that would have cost me $150. She did not, in fact, do the proper procedure of canceling the prescription and restocking it back. I got a call later in the week about needing to pick them up or they would be restocked… I informed her that I had rejected it and she was surprised because there was nothing in the system reflecting that. ~Hannah

Holy cow, the new manager there just might be the kindest person I've ever met. Deserves a Nobel Peace Prize; any category. And Chrissy... Well, don't get me started on how nice and helpful she is, top scores in customer service all the way around. Somebody get that woman a trophy! ~Jason
