Demetrio was awesome and fun to work with! The system was down and being a major hassle. He had to stay over an hour late to help us. He never made us feel bad and he was cheerful the whole time!! He found a way to get everything activated after a long time trying. Highly recommend this location and Demetrio!

I made a Verizon appointment online at this location for 3pm today. I show up and the door is locked and no one answering the phone. I get the staffing crisis (I’m in HR), but if no one is at the location, why allow appointments? If you were running an errand, why not put a sign up? Now I’m at a different Verizon store, waiting an additional 30 minutes because I don’t have an appointment here and there’s people ahead of me. Complete waste of my time when I was supposed to have an appointment.

Isaiah was awesome. Getting a new phone can be nerve-wracking and time-consuming but this went so smoothly! Isaiah could answer any question and welcomed future questions which is great! I love my new phone! What a relief.

Justin is my new good friend and helped me set up my new iPhone 12 twice. I have so much to say, but ultimately it boils down to “Thank you so much Justin. Spread your wings and fly”. There was another employee also (didn’t get his name) but he was super cool too. However, unfortunately, my shoutout goes solely to Justin. That might not be his name but anyway. Great service. I wish we could all hang out sometime

Rafe listened to my 2 years of problems w/my Android and recommended an upgrade for which I was eligible. Will be switching to an Apple iPhone and am looking forward to completing the transference tomorrow. It's a small store and I liked that. Some inventory not in shop, tho, such as protective cover that would fit my new phone.
