I had the best experience today. Not just today but Everytime I go in to the store. The woman at the front desk (Sheena) is always so kind and is super helpful. She asks me everytime how my day is and shows respect and care to every single one that walks into her store. She has shown me what hospitality looks like and truly doing the extra mile for a customer. Just wanted to show the same respect and share my experience thank you ups

This is me and my girlfriends favorite post office in the whole world, never have I met people who were so graciously helpful and understanding of me and my girlfriends constant need to ship items we sell on eBay. Hands down the best customer service ever if I could give them 100 stars I would.

Incompetent females at the front counter. Ignored me and then lacked the knowledge or ability to refresh their emails in order to see what I had sent to be printed. Quality is definitely lacking here.

Bad customer service. I rang the bell because the person was in the little room off the side. I could hear/see her talking on the phone but she didn't acknowledge me. I waited a bit, dinged the bell again. She came out, still on her cell and started typing on the computer. I was in a hurry so I set my package down and held out my phone to have the barcode scanned. I repeated with another package. All the while she is chattering away about the gym and feeling the burn. When we were done I got a thumbs up and a mouthed okay. She never stopped her conversation and acted like it was an imposition to do her job. I didn't even get a receipt. I usually wait to do my returns/shipping so I can support local. Guess I'll be doing it in town from now on.

This location is amazing! I have an event out there and if I forget anything I printed out, I know they will help me and make sure I've got what I need right away! I love the quality of my business cards too! Thank you!

Worst UPS store ever. When I went in today no one was at the counter. I nicely said 'hello' and a grumpy gal came out from the back room. Did not smile. Did not greet me, and frowned like I was interrupting her day. Didn't say a word. Just handed me my slip with no explanation. Never going back there!! I am used to good service in Eugene and Lebanon. This JC location has very poor service.

I paid for 1 year of a mailbox when moving to the area, I was going to just do month to month, but since this UPS was a new small business, I wanted to be supportive. I explained to the manager/owner, Katrina, that my job fell through and I had to move to Eastern Oregon. She not only chose(they’re independently owned) to keep a year’s worth of payment(around $300), But said I’d be charged $4 for everything forwarded! AND she would only hold my mail 30 days! I’m 4+ hours away for God’s sake😂 Unethical business practices, at least, I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB, Attorney General and UPS corporate Monday. I signed a contract that was very fine print and long , she “explained” it (talked the whole time, couldn’t have focused to have read it all even if I’d wanted to) never touched on this unethical policy. Katrina is great at sales and distraction- Truly a heartless small business- Go with a competitor-

I love this store. Im so glad JC finally got a ups store so I don’t have to drive far to ship my packages. Usually I send something out when I am at the grocery store (super convenient location) and the girls are always helpful. I even printed flyers for my yard sale last time I went! #countrylife
