This place sucks I ordered a xbox one halo 5 limited edition and they didn't give me a controller I also ordered a ps4 pro spider man edition and they didn't give me a controller a power cord and the game terrible service if you want a good game stop try sidequest games great service and great prices I got lego marvel collection for $15 and a xbox one controller for only $40

Horrible customer service waiting waited a long period of time because one employee was tied up with a complicated transaction and the other employee was rude kept giving me looks and refused to ring us up or help us because she was to busy with packaging and shipping orders. I guess online orders are more important than the customers waiting in line to move on with their day. Then she finally helped us after a while and that was a mistake to take her way from her work. She wasn't happy about ringing us up. This location needs to work on their customer service. I'll take my money somewhere else

They where crazy nice I wish I had the guys name that helped me so I can shout him out but every one there was nice and they where busy it's easy to be short tempered when your busy but they where really nice and they had my game I was looking for and that was awesome thanks for being cool

We had an excellent experience at GameStop today. I wish I would have remembered the gentleman's name who helped us but he was so nice to me and my daughter who were shopping for Pokemon cards. He remembered some free swag that came with some of the cards we bought and made some great recommendations on where to find cards in case they were out. Amazing customer experience as my daughter walked out with a big smile on her face.

GameStop is my jam. The young woman and man working the store were super friendly. I came in at a really slow time and they were very cheerful and helpful. There was a help wanted sign on the window, so I asked about it. They seemed very happy to work there, and the key person answered my questions. I was more curious than anything. I browsed the selection to kill time. I didn’t intend on buying anything, but I saw a cool Spider-Man shirt and got that. This might be my new store, since I’ll be working nearby. Thanks.

This has been my home store for a few years now. Staff is friendly, awesome and knowledgeable. Every time I come in they inform me of any preorders on the horizon that might interest me as well as games in development. I never feel rushed, even when they are busy. Great shop!

One of the better Gamestop stores I have been to. Staff was very helpful, and I was finally able to pick up some things I had been looking for and unable to find a few other places. Store was clean, well lit, and not overly loud. Some things were in less intuitive positions in the store than they could have been, spread across multiple areas, but everything was tidy.
