I ordered online thinking I’ll get my canvas paper by a week. Noooo :( It took two weeks to arrive. I should have just went to pick it up in the store. It was in stock at all the locations in Portland. My shipment was coming from Alabama :/ . Oh brother!!!! Why ?

As a crafts store it's pretty nice to have a large selection. But as a business it makes no sense to have the same price on items that vary in size and quality. The pricing of their products is overpriced and underpriced at the same time. All items in photo are all the same price even though they vary in size and design.

Amazing deals especially if you sign up for there emails and rewards. You also can find great help within the store. They do these 5 dollar grab bags that have items phased out from the season prior. They may contain anything from fake floral to hanging planter baskets. It's very fun and worth it.

While I prefer to support locally owned art supply and crafting stores, on occasion I find myself here because the local store may not carry an item or is closed on a Sunday. I rarely have a pleasant experience here (mostly when a manager is involved). Tip: When using a coupon this store's prices are closer to retail. You can acquire coupons digitally via the Michael's App on your smart phone.

Good place to get pictures framed! We just had one done up and when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t quite as we agreed to. They said they would fix it in a day. I will let you know how it turns out. They fixed it up just as we asked them to. Turned out fantastic.

Everything here is awesome. Only thing is I went there last time to get small packages of different colored fondant but it seems they don't carry those anymore. But it's the best place to go if you're into arts and crafts

Well, I've knitted since I was 13. At has been with pattern instructions. Today, I'm wanting to find out how to start a sweater without a pattern, like, when knitting and crocheting and weaving started without patterns. To know how many stitches to cash on, and how many to increase. All instructions have said, just follow your pattern. Joann's didn't have anything, but, at Michael's, I did find 2 books that MAY help me, I don't know. I mean, don't you think the books for starters would at least have how to begin, as in the beginnings? I'm really shocked and disappointed.

Had a great time picking out art supplies with my kid. The staff seemed to really enjoy their job and was happy to help with questions from customers. I also thought it was a very nice addition to have the little ones have a craft table for valentine's day.
