Customer service was super rude and not helpful at all. Wells Fargo banking is not the way to go! I'd advise people to switch before more fraud comes along with this company.

Came in to add someone to my joint account and they said we couldn’t be helped. There was literally 4-5 people just standing around talking. I’m usually very patient and understanding but it was so slow in the bank. We are busy with work and such and this was the one day we were free. Washington square Wells Fargo was way nicer and helpful. This location is a joke sadly.

Wells fargo in general isnt very good, might have end up having to switch to a different bank. I was charged twice for something for the ammount of $119 tried going to the store and they told me i had to call the bank. Now i call customer service and they tell me because its pending they cant file a claim i have to wait more time. Surprises me how fast they take our money but arent quick enough to return it

HORRIBLE experience here at this 11760 SW Hall blvd location last week. I pulled up to the drive-thru to withdraw money from my checking account that was recently deposited as cash. ASHLEY JOHNSON (service manager) gave me a hard time while provided nothing but nonsense excuses/explanations. I was told to wait outside in the parking lot until she called me cell phone to come in and retrieve my withdrawal. Over 1hr 30mins later, she said I couldn’t get my own money because she “couldn’t verify the amounts.” She held my debit card and license inside the branch for over a hour for nothing. I was stern but respectful the whole time, but she then told me I’d be getting a call from corporate which baffled me. As soon as I left I called Wells Fargo customer service where a very helpful associate was shocked at what happened to me. She promised that Ashely Johnson was out of line and had no reason to deny me my own money! I told her I believed it had something to do with my appearance, I believe I was unfairly prejudged. The customer service associate even called another branch to set up the withdrawal for me so all I had to do was pull up and provide my credentials to get my money. I elected for the associate to contact and report Ashley to the higher ups and I hope she gets disciplined for her actions. I will NEVER go to that branch again and I just hope that one lady doesn’t represent the entire Wells Fargo company.

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years now. I routinely need to go to multiple different banks for my business and so I get to see how others were doing before and after this crisis. This branch has always been a pleasant experience and even now with all the Covid 19 concerns they go out of there way to provide good service. All the staff including Issac, Abigail, the service manager Ashley and the branch manager have been exceptional.

Just opened up a Wells Fargo account with them and already have money stolen. My grandma has had money stolen from them as well, thousands and that was reported. They won’t go back on tapes and they’re saying I have to file a case with them first before rewinding. I filed a police report so they can investigate their banking. Don’t recommend this bank if you’re looking at going this direction. Mistakes happen to everyone and it was my fault for not sticking to my original bank at Chase. But if someone is depositing thousands of dollars and don’t see that money, maybe late for rent because of this situation...that person would highly be upset. I’ve been with Chase for 10+ years and have had 0 issues with them. If you’re looking for a bank I recommend Chase, hands down the best and most promising.

Went in to close ONE of my three personal accounts, after she decided to debate my decision with me, I closed two, and both of my business accounts there. They will also not be getting my home loan. Avoid this branch at all cost....Great job manager, you took a happy customer of 15 years and ruined it in 20 minutes.
