Cassidy was super helpful and made what is usually a tedious process - sitting around going through the whole account and figuring out best prices and options for upgrading 3 phones, or just one at a time, or none at all. After losing hours of my time and getting no help from the Dunkirk, MD store, Marcus the rep at this store got me squared away with a new phone and a better plan. His manager pitched in to help when there were some glitches in the process and made my wait time as minimal as possible. The whole staff was bouncing around helping each other out and keeping customers moving. I was close to dropping AT and T but this team won me back. I will use this store for any of my phone issues from now on. Well done Marcus and the whole crew.

Kimberly was so knowledgeable and helpful. She patiently explained how to set up my new phone as she entered the settings with me. I had been nervous about transitioning from my old LG phone to a Galaxy A12- -, but Kimberly showed me that I could manage it. I also purchased my first set of wireless earbuds and she showed me how to set up and use them too. Kimberley's assistance made all the difference! She is a wonderful representative of ATT!

The store rep was very helpful. Looked at my old plan and got us hooked up with a new one that was cheaper. Went out of his way to find the case and accessories we needed. Even applied the screen protector for us! It was great.

I can’t say enough good things about Nina at this store. She went out of her way to help me with a long time problem with a phone purchase. She is supremely competent, caring, and I think the company is very lucky to have her. Her handling of this situation literally changed how I felt about AT&T as a company, and believe they try to give the best service. Thank you Nina, I’ve never had such an amazing experience with customer service.

Absolutely the worst service in Portland Oregon. I wanted to changed my Apple phone for the new one. When I talked to the sales person, Mariah she was nice and offered me the IPhone plus a watch, she said that I could return the watch if I did not wanted…I really never asked for it. The IPhone was sent to me by mail. When I went back to the Store to return the watch and exchange my old Phone for the new one….I waited for at least 45 minutes, the Manager was rude and told me to wait for someone to help…then the person who helped me asked me to pay $55 for returning the watch. And could not help me to put the cover on my new phone either. He kept asking the Manager!!!! I will never ever go back there. I also talked to another person while I waited and he was very upset as well…the Manager has sent him to the Apple store for something that they could have done there. The ATT store in downtown is much better!!!

The best AT&T store, hands down. Nathan was Phenomenal, with assisting me while I was in Oregon. He was very patient, got everything that I wanted. My son was with me and Nathan did a wonderful job with making him happy while assisting me. AT&T needs more representatives like him. Great attitude. Keep up the Great work my friend.
