Went in Tuesday for a Pokemon digital code distribution. They had zero to give away that was fine. However the person behind the counter decided to lie to me to try and get me to pre order the new Pokemon games coming out in November. Told me they were getting a flying Pikachu as a pre-order bonus. This is flat wrong anyone that plays the game within x amount of time gets one. Don't shop here unless you like being lied to .

had a great experience here, came in just to browse, spoke to the store manager he was the only one working, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had an amazing offer with their yearly subscription service, ends up being a fantastic deal. Will absolutely be back in highly recommend this location. *Update* Had an issue with a controller on my new PS5 and they swapped it out super easy, even did a trade in and it was a great experience. Thank you Jacob & quinn

Smaller area which means smaller stock whenever big ticket consoles come out. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Had to change my rating after today. I will say this is still a solid Gamestop. But an employee (based on some other recent reviews there's a reputation being built) I dealt with today was the exact opposite of what I've come to expect from this location. I hope an attitude, or employment change happens soon. Every other employee was as great as usual, and they dont deserve to have their image tarnished.

Everything is just as expensive as anywhere else. I felt bamboozled because I myself am not a gamer but my mini is. They tried to up sell me on everything. I think I had to listen to 6 different shpeels trying to check out. I guess they were helpful if you wanna walk out of the store with two extra bags full of stuff you didn't know you needed.

I have loved GameStop for years. But today I went to this store to buy a a new console. I was quickly approached and told that I MUST WEAR A MASK before I could enter! Mask mandates have been gone for weeks. I will NEVER shop here again. I refuse to support a business who is sharing in the "fear game" with covid!

an opportunity to stop in the store today because my kid was in school. Restore is clean wasn't too busy which made it kind of nice to go around. However the service staff never asked if I needed any assistance although I really wasn't in there to purchase anything but only to price a few items for an upcoming birthday. I would recommend the store and all their other stores which are similar to this one
