Friendly Helpful willing and ready to tackle your phone iusses .Very knowledgeable on new products. Cody Thomas the store manager here is amazing. Welcomes you with hello and a smile as you come in. I have been coming here a few years.I recommend this store because of Cody. Hes patient, helpful and knows this business well. He's always ready for a new challenge. As I have had a few phone iusses.He makes sure to take care of a busy lobby,multi tasking is he's expertise. We went in to the AT&T store today to fix our first bill, being new customers only 14 days ago. The bill greatly differed from our agreement to the new services. After going into two different stores on four different occasions to solve this issue to no avail. Today, we were prepared to return our phones, cancel our service, and go to a new carrier. Upon our arrival we met George, who unlike our previous encounters took the time to really listen, understand and recognize our issues and our frustrations. He was able to correct the things that were incorrect and explain what he could not to our satisfaction. He even called customer service on our behalf to have them remove a charge that was incorrect. He explained the services and charges in detail, was very knowledgeable about the plans and services. We can't praise George enough for his hard work, his time detailing everything we needed to know, and was important to him that we were comfortable and happy with what he helped us with and understand. We only hope this review reaches others who can also receive the same positive experience we have had thanks to him. As well as his superiors that can properly recognize his customer service knowledge and skills, his ability to deal with customers that were not happy, and the willingness to go above and beyond what others were not willing to do to help us. In the end it seems what he did anyone could have done, but did not. Wish there were more George's at AT&T. We are still customers of AT&T because of him. He turned what looked like at first a negative experience and turned it into a positive one. ~Jerry

Went in Tuesday for a Pokemon digital code distribution. They had zero to give away that was fine. However the person behind the counter decided to lie to me to try and get me to pre order the new Pokemon games coming out in November. Told me they were getting a flying Pikachu as a pre-order bonus. This is flat wrong anyone that plays the game within x amount of time gets one. Don't shop here unless you like being lied to . ~Johnnie
