A huge thank you to Mike V and Robert for rescuing me from the clutches of Grasshopper! They spent more time and effort than they should have had to in order to get the information needed to pull my phone number out of the Grasshopper dungeon. Kudos to them for everything! There's nothing they can't do and T-Mobile service is awesome, so go see them! Update: Visited again today to get a bunch of stuff updated, fixed and clarified. Micaela T. provided top notch customer service. When you need help with anything T-Mobile, ALWAYS visit this location. They are a shining star of customer care! 🙂🤩

They really improved since my last experience. They seemed a lot more knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell me unnecessarily. Mike, Tre, and Levi were all extremely helpful. I will continue to go to this location for my phone services. Adding for updates recent visit. Cecilia was very helpful and kind. Made the switch back to T-Mobile very easy!

After getting the run around at another T-mobile store and their Customer Care 800 number we were fortunate enough to come to this store where Cole T. went above and beyond to help us cancel our account. I wouldn't recommend T-mobile but if you have then make sure you go to this store for any help. Thanks so much Cole, we really appreciate you.

We were 18 year Verizon customers who were looking for a senior plan , without moving to Florida, ( where their senior deal is offered ) 😳 From the moment we walked in until we left we were taken care of. Alissa greeted us first , she was so sweet and kind, never pushy and explained what they had to offer comparing it to our past plan. We are not tech savvy so she went over things slowly and carefully without making us feel inadequate. Kurt jumped in with his humor which put us at ease and again explained other features .He tried to give us the best deal without over selling and helped us with a phone to fit our needs.. Tristan would also put his kind 2 cents in helping out. We had to go back the next day as we were trying to figure out some things and were lost. Again very kind, caring and willing to help out us seniors. TMobile you have wonderful employees at this store that are to be highly commended !!! Thank you, The Phillips

Up until a reply from the owner, I had forgotten that I planned to leave a detailed review once I was sitting at a computer. I am updating this now, so that it is known, and I sincerely hope the place has been completely restaffed. I went in to get a new phone to replace a broken phone, also needed to add lines to my plan. When I signed up for service originally, I was put into a promo plan where I had 3 lines for $100. I needed to add 2 lines and there was a promo going where if you added a line, you got the next one for free, plus they had an additional promo happening where you got these one phones for free. Cool. Took over 2 hours to get it set up, and one of the phones had to be shipped to me because they only had their floor model in stock. No biggie. I would like to add, that during the over 2 hour transaction, there was one employee that kept interrupting repeatedly and being overall annoying. I ended up going back later to purchase 2 S9's as well. Anyways, Monday rolls in (was in store on a Saturday) and I receive a confirmation email that my device has shipped, but when I opened it, it was being sent to my old address. One that I had already updated TWICE. I immediately called customer care figuring that is what the store would tell me to do to get it fixed, and was told I needed to call the store. I called the store, and spoke to Dante, who had taken care of the transaction, and he said that he would get it taken care of for me. A few hours later, I get a call from the annoying rep that had been interrupting when I was first in, telling me that he was sorry about Dante's mess up, that Dante should have done this and that, playing blame game and throwing his team member under the bus. He told me that he would completely understand why I would never want to do business with them again, and that he would personally watch this and take care of it for me. Asked if I wanted his personal cell number so I didn't have to call the store, which I declined. I started having to block my number when I was STILL having to call because this guy would answer the phone as if we were best friends due to their caller ID and was just overall making me feel uncomfortable. The last phone call I had received from Dante was to tell me that he was cancelling the order and that he would call me as soon as they got the phones in stock for me to go and pick up, I also requested the regional managers contact info and was given a totally bogus name and number. A couple of days after that call, I got an email that my device had been delivered, to the OLD ADDRESS. I called at this point VERY upset and got the run around for HOURS. When I finally got a call back it was to let me know that I could come and get the phone, but that if I did not go and get it by that night I would have to pay for it because the promotional period was ending. WHAT?! I was having to wait this whole time from THEIR MESS UP and was now being told I couldn't have the phone if I couldn't come and get it then. I said fine, but that I would not come when the rep that had made me uncomfortable was there, as I had called and complained to Levi about how he was acting to me and that I didn't think it was very cool of him to talk badly about his team mate to a customer etc. When I got there, DUDE AND A NEW GIRL WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE. So I had no choice but to work with the girl that didn't really know what she was doing and the person that had made me feel so uncomfortable. They still couldn't get the order right, so I let annoying dude know that his previous statement of me never wanting to work with them again was 100 percent valid. I called 611 after I had cooled down and filed a formal complaint on this store, and I will still stick to what I told them that night, whether there are now new people there or not, I will NEVER return. I was told my bill would only be jumping $25 that first day, and I can tell you right now, it was way more than that. I will take the extra time in the future to drive to the Lancaster store.

Manager Dante leads a friendly informed staff by example . Upon entering business customer is greeted with a smile and greeting . The store always immaculate , displays arranged by product types . As a T Mobile customer and neighbor I have sought help and as always Dante or his staff solve my device or phone plan stuff .

The staff here are super friendly. I've worked with a couple of them. Donta was especially helpful when ordering my new iPhone 8 plus. He knew the product, made sure it would be delivered in a time frame I was satisfied with, and I never felt rushed or pushed to buy something I didn't want. You can tell him and all the staff enjoy their jobs. They're welcoming, having fun with each other, and all have smiles on their faces. Thanks for making this a great T-mobile experience :)
