I took my handset in after calling cust. Serv. And getting absolutely nowhere after metro lock my dim card and device. The first visit was OK, they ended up replacing the sim card and we thought it was fixed,but as soon Saturday I got home it was worse and my handset was finished. So I went back livid. But they weren't to be discouraged and Michelle and Jerod, my heroes, fixed things with cust. Services so that even though they couldn't afford another handset, I ended up with a zero balance next month and about ten dollars per month thereafter so now I can afford a 5 g phone on an upgrade plan without too much hurt. They so rock and so does Devin for trying and being so determined to resolve things. It was a horrible experience gone awesome ! Went I walked in the store especially the second time I was ready to stomp bunnies, and they diffused it and sent me home real happy. And I didn't change carriers, like I was trying to do when my phone locked. And I still feel that they should NEVER be able to lock a device that they don't own, so I am gona do what I can to change that because the did ruin my handset. But they made up for it in spades because their human came out and they wanted to help and the went WAY out of their way. So if you have an unresolvable issue go to the commercial store and have Michelle and Jerod hook you up. Thye will with a smile even when you're not smiling ! But you will be when you walk away. Thanks both of you from the bottom of my heart. You saved a long standing customer and Metro should be proud and give you both a raise or promotion. I'd really like to see that. Atleast a bonus ! They are with their weight in gold !

This location doesn’t seem to be ran in a very professional manner. The manager and his girlfriend pulled up 20 minutes late to open the doors without showing any level of humility and without apology. The one employee on time did handle the situation professionally though so thank you Amy.

Jared and Hyrum were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had been in between phone plans and they took the time to explain and help with which plan worked right for me. I felt like I was asking too much but they never for a second made it feel that way. They also had a man come in who was very mentally unstable and they treated him very fairly and respectfully even when the guy was shouting in the store. These guys should be working in disaster relief!

I have always had impeccable service with Metro PCS. The phone service but also the customer service at the store itself. They are not just kind and helpful, but are always going out of there way for me to make sure they go above and beyond. I have had an employee call another company they had paired with for a product they offered through MetroPCS and tell them how offended he was on my behalf and demand not only help with fixing it, but remove the charges from my account for my troubles. This is not the first time and I'm sure not the last time that they totally impress me with the value they put on a customer. They are always immediately trying to help you no matter what the issue is and trying to get you whatever deals they can. You never leave feeling cheated or that they didn't fix your problem. The services they give are amazing, amazing prices for any budget, great internet, and no contracts. The only problem I have with them is that the phone customer service isn't great. I always get someone who I can't understand who repeats the same things and cannot help me. Other then that, I love MetroPCS.

Hazen did a great job helping me out find a phone for me and my wife. If you want to have someone who is knowledgeable and helpful he is your guy. Even was able to assist his co-worker at the same time to make sure everyone in the store was happy. Great job.
