Worked with a manager to solve my phone failure problem. His expertise and bedside manner was over the top. Worked with other employees for other problems with my tablet. They treated me like I was the only person in the store when it was actually crowded.

We went in to the AT&T store today to fix our first bill, being new customers only 14 days ago. The bill greatly differed from our agreement to the new services. After going into two different stores on four different occasions to solve this issue to no avail. Today, we were prepared to return our phones, cancel our service, and go to a new carrier. Upon our arrival we met George, who unlike our previous encounters took the time to really listen, understand and recognize our issues and our frustrations. He was able to correct the things that were incorrect and explain what he could not to our satisfaction. He even called customer service on our behalf to have them remove a charge that was incorrect. He explained the services and charges in detail, was very knowledgeable about the plans and services. We can't praise George enough for his hard work, his time detailing everything we needed to know, and was important to him that we were comfortable and happy with what he helped us with and understand. We only hope this review reaches others who can also receive the same positive experience we have had thanks to him. As well as his superiors that can properly recognize his customer service knowledge and skills, his ability to deal with customers that were not happy, and the willingness to go above and beyond what others were not willing to do to help us. In the end it seems what he did anyone could have done, but did not. Wish there were more George's at AT&T. We are still customers of AT&T because of him. He turned what looked like at first a negative experience and turned it into a positive one.

Such a good company! Always get the best service here, we've had the same guy helping us for a while now and he sticks it out till the end. The costumer service got things jumbled up and took him 4 hours to sort it out. His name is Robert I think he is a team lead at the Lancaster store absolutely 100% 10/10

I worked with Bobby at the Lancaster St store and my experience was awesome; just totally beyond expectations! I don’t like dealing with retail stores, sales and tech yet having a newer phone and keeping up with apps and features is reliably an essential in todays world. If I could avoid it I would! I walked into the AT&T store with dread but Bobby made my phone and assessors purchases painless and incredibly efficient as well as informative. He’s a rock star salesperson and knows what the customer needs. Thank you Bobby!

Robert set me up with a business account when I just work part time at target. my bill was a lot more than what he told me and he added a bunch of extra thing to my bill. like I don't even know what the next up thing does.
