My company has been working with Brad and his team at PTS for about 15 years. In that time we have created multiple projects and entered over 30 million lines of data. I have 50 dedicated members of my team working directly with my PTS projects on a daily basis. If you don't know anything about their software, it is a WYSWYG base that supports barcoding and RFID. There are tons of features you can build into your projects and you can easily connect to a SQL back end. (Shares too!) Support is very responsive and their development team quickly takes care of bug/feature requests.Their team offers open hours for you to go and test features and ask questions. Give it a download and see what it can do!

My relationship with PTS spans over 15 years. The Tracer+ software is used by our asset auditors daily. The great support they offer for the nominal fees they charge is nearly unheard of in the business today. Their product has evolved to add new technology as well. You can't go wrong with PTS!

PTS has been an invaluable asset to our business. It has allowed us to easily scan and transfer our data seamlessly into our network. Its ability to be modified at a moments notice has allowed us to make adjustments to our builds that have taken weeks in the past. PTS also has exceptional customer support when needed. I pester them at random times in the day and they are always quick with their responses and effective with their troubleshooting. TracerPlus has really proven itself for us. We collect over 400,000 rows of data annually with the solution I wrote using Desktop. It interacts with our SQL Server backend using Connect. My users have found it surprisingly easy to use and I've gone months with no support questions with over 30 devices in the field. Our solution was deployed nearly 3 years ago. It is fairly simple to use and yet it's allowed me to even use custom SQL to manipulate its local database. When I've needed help with some major enhancements or even had a simple question for their Open Office webinars, the staff (shout out to Dan P.) have been super helpful.

Rocco was amazing at helping us plan out our requirements and get a RFID system implemented for our Jewelry Store. Did I mention VERY patient as well. Would recommend PTS to anyone unsure of how to move forward implementing RFID for you inventory. We tried multiple so called solutions from QuickBooks and none worked. PTS did.
