I dont know the name of the gentleman that was there today but he was great. I scheduled my appointment online and checked in via email. I waited 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment but I didn't mind bc they indeed msgd me when it was my turn for labs, so I didn't wait in the lobby. The tech was doing so many things at once... attending me, another patient in another room, checking in patients in the lobby, etc. I felt bad he was alone doing everything, please labcorp needs to schedule more technicians to work on Mondays. There was minor things that could be improved but overall satisfied. Oh, it says wear mask, so people... WEAR YOUR MASK WHILE IN THE PREMISES. ~MerMer

I have been going to this store for years and have never had a problem until today. They're currently offering a free fountain drink and I was speaking with the cashier asking him about the promotion when what seems like the manager (which is standing behind the cashier) raised his voice and said just take the drink and followed by saying no thank you I dont want the drink after you say it so rudely and I walked out. ~Brenda

Hacienda Collision Center
TERRIBLE experience with Hacienda Collision Center. Waited a month for repairs I was told would take 2 weeks tops. Got a call that my vehicle would be ready on a Friday, then got another call that it wouldn’t be until the following week, finally picked it up & the only thing that was fixed was cosmetic damage. Alignment was not done, all dash lights are still on, my vehicle now makes a TERRIBLE screeching sound, took it back within 20 minutes of picking it up & was told they couldn’t do anymore for me or my vehicle. On top of all that I was given my vehicle back FILTHY & it was not dropped off in that condition. Seems like the windows were down as it sat in the body shop for a month with how much dust and dirt was left inside. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
