Doesn't even deserve a star rating but Google doesn't let me do no star rating. If you are looking for COMMUNICATION 100% , HONESTY at 100% and CLIENT SATISFACTION at 100% this is NOT IT! I recommend you to go look at another place. I literally felt I was working for them by having to call everytime to check up on my car or details on a body part that took 2 MONTHS! Was given my car back stating every body part on it was new as it was estimated for it to be. I took a look at my car just to inspect it. Found it wasn't correct. I let Noe (the estimator) know about why that part was not sitting right. He stated that he "forgot" to mention that was the only broken part they had to settle in for now because it was in "back order". But he had just stated a couple of mins ago everything was new. Too make things worst, that part took 2 months just to come in. As I stated I literally felt I was working for them. I had to call the vendor from where they order just to see where my part was and why it was taking forever. They would just give me dates after dates and NOTHING! As I gave a call too where they stated they order from they let me know they don't order from there. I was lied to ! Why? For what? Makes no sense! Then I called the vendor on the paperwork they provided me with as well with no information! Called hacienda and let them know and they stated now they were going to check where it was. After 2 MONTHS & ME HAVING TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM , NOW THEY CALL AND LET ME KNOW THE NEXT DAY THE PART WAS IN. In seriousness that is just ridiculous! I mean as a client you are paying them to do their job & that was no where near seen! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! Services: Body & Trim, Auto body & trim repair, Painting

I had service with them through State Farm they were fast to take in my vehicle the only problem I have with them is that they take longer than expected my repair wasn't as much .They told me my vehicle was going to be out in a week and my vehicle was out in almost 2 weeks and a half Services: Body & Trim, Painting, Auto detailing, General repairs & maintenance

Weslaco location...Left my vehicle for repair. No issues with the repair however they returned my key fob damaged with a missing button and did not take responsibility for it. Spoke to a very rude Manager by the name of Eddie. Has no business dealing with customers with the lack of people skills that he displayed. He fended off my claim by saying that my car was too old and the damage was the result of wear and tear. If you consider leaving a vehicle here, make sure to leave a key only instead of the fob. You may have it returned damaged and they'll say it is due to wear and tear. Take pictures of everything because according to Eddie I should've done that. I would have rated the repair a 5 but lack of accountability on this matter doesn't allow me to. Hacienda please provide some training to your support staff on how to deal with issues created by their employees. Front desk lady needs some soft skills training as well. TERRIBLE experience with Hacienda Collision Center. Waited a month for repairs I was told would take 2 weeks tops. Got a call that my vehicle would be ready on a Friday, then got another call that it wouldn’t be until the following week, finally picked it up & the only thing that was fixed was cosmetic damage. Alignment was not done, all dash lights are still on, my vehicle now makes a TERRIBLE screeching sound, took it back within 20 minutes of picking it up & was told they couldn’t do anymore for me or my vehicle. On top of all that I was given my vehicle back FILTHY & it was not dropped off in that condition. Seems like the windows were down as it sat in the body shop for a month with how much dust and dirt was left inside. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Services: Body & Trim, Auto maintenance, Wheel alignment, Painting, Tires, Auto tire replacement, Steering & suspension repair

I brought my car in following an accident. They dealt directly with my insurance company, which made it much easier for me. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. They called me regularly to keep me apprised of how the work was coming along and to inform me of when it would be complete. The work they performed was exceellent. My 2013 car looks like it just came off the showroom floor! I heartily recommend Hacienda Collision!!! Service: Body & Trim

They provided excellent service, before taking in my X1 I was advised of how long it would take for it to be repaired. Every other day I would call for updates and receptionist was always very nice and ready with info of my vehicle along with manager. My vehicle was even washed before I picked it up. I was very happy with Hacienda Collision. The staff explained the process and made sure all the insurance and parts were in order before I dropped my car for repairs. I was advised it would take 3 or more weeks for the repairs to be completed. I was very happy and surprised when they called that my vehicle was ready 1 week later. My vehicle looks just like new. If I could give zero stars, I would. My car was not returned by promise date of November 9th. I was advised that repairs could take up to 3 weeks. Its been 4 weeks without my car now. I called last week and I was told, by a receptionist, that a part was missing. She checked in with the technician and informed me that all the parts have arrived and that my vehicle needs an inner bracket repaired, and that my vehicle is almost ready. She promised it would be ready by the end of the day, November 22, 2021 and it's not. I’m annoyed by the lack of accurate updates. Every time I call I’m told that , “it’ll be another business day.” The lack of communication and empty promises is unprofessional. Even if it takes a year for the car repaired, some communication is better than not being kept in the loop. I was also told that the technicians would perform a test drive to ensure that everything is functional, so I expect that this promise will be kept.
