7 Best convenience store in Weslaco, Texas (TX) 2024

I have been going to this store for years and have never had a problem until today. They're currently offering a free fountain drink and I was speaking with the cashier asking him about the promotion when what seems like the manager (which is standing behind the cashier) raised his voice and said just take the drink and followed by saying no thank you I dont want the drink after you say it so rudely and I walked out. ~Brenda

Night crew is the WORST! Very rude, gave their backs to me the whole time I walked in to ask a question. P.S their air pump doesn’t take coin! They won’t help you with that either. ~Stephanie

Terrible. Could not get bean in the EIGHT tacos I ended up purchasing to save my life. We got home to find no bean in the first order of 3 and it was a laugh, my boyfriend and I went back in to reorder our order and I made sure to specify that I wanted bean (our kid will not eat a taco without bean it's really convenient) and again, got home to find no beans in these tacos either. This was extremely frustrating for both baby and now very hungry mom. We called and spoke to the manager just to express our concerns and she informed us she would only refund us the 39 cents for the beans. We will not be wasting our time or money there again. ~Jordan

Restroom really clean, good coffe, a lot of milk to choose, good food, Nice people helping..... definitely one of the best stripes ( even though is a very small one ) ~Cris

These peoples can’t read IDs, a lady didn’t think I was 21 while looking at my ID because they couldn’t do the math. she had to ask an older man and he quickly said I was. Months later my friend was also denied by the same older man, so I tried to explain how she clearly was by doing the math but he just very rudely said no and walked away. ~J

Signs everywhere for a sale that do not list any end of promotion date. You had to send a text to receive a code to get it. I was sent the text but the cashier said the promotion ended and the manager told her not to accept any. If that was the case they should remove the signs. They only leave them up to get people to buy the two items but not pay attention to the total. (The promotion was to get 2- 12 oz red bulls for $5.) This is not the only issue I've had at this location so I only go by when I am in a hurry and dont want to go to a different location. (Pictures inside as well.) ~Jennifer

The guys that work at night are pretty cool! Nice, friendly, quick. Although the fridge with the Starbucks cans have had the same exploded Starbucks Doubleshot can in there for some time now. Other than that, the store's not bad. ~Charlie
