I went into the store in order to take advantage of the Memorial Day sales and I am now the grateful owner of a new bed set! Edit: It is now September. I love my new bed and the adjustable base. There was something in my order that needed a slight adjustment. The woman at the store took care of it for me right away. This store is great. I'll be going only to them straight away to take care of any future purchases!

Very helpful. Provide alot more information about my sleeping habits and help me chose the right mattress for me. They didn't push me to buy anything extra. I just went in to buy a new mattress and pillow. Good prices too! Look for those sales

After having a screw-up done by the online version of this store (our order was processed, paid for, and never showed up because the sales person never notified the warehouse), we walked in loaded for bear. While we were not able to get our refund processed more expeditiously, the Store Manager Delisa was more than helpful in getting the mattresses (a King and a double) we wanted, at the price offered by the online sales person, AND delivered in two days, a much shorter time period than offered by the online sales people after their screwup. Delisa made sure we were happy when we walked out of the store.

Robert was the man , we got amazing customer service from him . Very knowledgeable and showed us many different options not pushing for the highest priced products and gave us an over all very, good service and allot of information on the different products. He spend time listening on our sleep habits and based on that he gave us an recommendation. And on top of already having an super discount he threw some premium sheets on top for free for purchasing in in full up front in store.

If you'd like a fine example of professionalism, the employees of Mattress Firm are it. I visited the location on Lancaster Drive between the T-Mobile store and Papa Murphy's. My family and I were greeted soon after arriving. Delisa did a great job showing me the best value in mattresses for the money. Gordon also demonstrated good customer service

Would like this store to carry coil mattresses that you can still flip that carry a 15 year warranty. Because you can flip and still sleep on either side, the mattress lasts longer. I was only able to find these at Mattress Lot, a locally owned business in Portland. Luckily they deliver free to Salem. Would have liked to have had an option to buy these in Salem. Also Mattress Lot will come to your home to rotate or flip your mattress, a nice service that I haven't found in Salem. Otherwise, the Mattress Firm sales reps are very knowledgeable and friendly at this store. Just didn't carry the type of mattress I was looking for.

Dalisa welcomed me the minute I came into the store. She asked me exactly what I was looking for and pointed me the right products to fit my needs. After showing me the adjustable bed she had me hooked. Set me up with everything I needed to start getting a better nights sleep! Job well done!

We worked with Dalisa and she was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She had us do a 10 min (approx) observation/ verbal questioner about our sleep styler. She fit us with the perfect bed for us. We are satisfied with our choice... Now just anxiously awaiting our bed to be delivered!!

Dalits, the sales expert was a dream to work with in finding the right bed for me. I wanted a firm mattress and she took her time to explain each firm mattress and what features it had. I tried each one and she even had me try a medium mattress too. I ended up buying the Estate Hurston Luxury 14 inch Firm. I also bought a adjustable Base Queen Foundation for my new bed. Delivery was made the next day and I am all set up for a good nights sleep. I appreciate Dalits so much for the excellent help that she gave me. She is a gem!!!
