Writing this review after purchasing our car on 6/4/22. We decided to buy a pre-owned 2019 Honda CR-V with very low mileage in perfect condition. Stacy provided a wonderful car buying experience. She sincerely addressed each question and concern. My wife and I were in the market for a vehicle that Kimberly Car City had competitively priced. Competitive enough in fact that we traveled from several states away to make the purchase. The sales manager, Brad, identified a service that had not yet been performed on the vehicle and he moved schedules around to make sure the service was performed before we left with the vehicle. I did my searching online over a 1 week period, to find just the right truck to fit my needs. Both the Ram and Kimberly websites served my purposes very well. Previously I bought a car from Mills Chevrolet in Davenport, worst car buying experience ever (10/10 do not recommend them at all), and it dimmed my hope on finding a good car dealership in the future. I decided to give Kimberly Car City a try, and it was a great experience. I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for, but after looking at the huge selection of cars I found one I really liked. I bought a newer Jeep and I love it. Tucker was my car salesman and he made the process so much easier and less stressful. He had an answer to everything that I asked. If I had the choice, I would without question go to him again, as he was very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly to my understanding as a new car buyer. He also stayed after they had closed to finish up all financing and made sure I got everything I needed for success. Financing through this dealership was super easy. I have been getting multiple letters in the mail from different banks, so no matter what they will get you financed. Best car buying experience yet. I will be back when I am looking for a new car.
