They charge a return fee of 15% I was not happy when I had to take some times back.. I rather go somewhere I get a full refund whether it sits on the shelf for 2wks. Not my problem.. :/

Ryan was fantastic. We were super stressed about our faulty motor-home battery and he was able fix the problem and save our vacation. Incredibly friendly and we were thankful that Ryan was here to help us, made a world of difference!

We were traveling through with a new (to us) motorhome. We were having transmission issues. Ryan helped us figure out the problem and lent us tools. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You could tell this is the locals favorite by the number of them that came in , and he know them all by name. I would give him 10 stars if that possible!!!

I just can't tell how much I love those guys! I mean my car got overheating and damaged head gasket last night. It cost me 1500$ to get repaired and I got Nowhere to go. But staffs in NAPA just so nice and helpful! They helped me even It's over their closing time. And They guided me from the car smoking white smog to I can go. I just had one of their employees named Justin go far and above the call of duty. He was able to help me get my air conditioning working and even stood in the rain to help make sure the coolant got in there. This type of customer service is a dying art, my hat is off to him as a person, and my family is so grateful. Thank you Justin!!!
