I went to Kay Jewelers with my parents to find a watch for my dad and Britney helped us try to find one. She provided great customer service and was able to answer all of the questions that we had. She was super friendly and very professional! She definitely made our experience 100% better!

Britney helped me out with a necklace that I was looking for. She knew what to look for and she taught me for about the financings options and helped me find my necklace for me. I left the store happy with what I bought thanks to Britney I was satisfied with my purchase. Next time I come back I would love for Britney to help me again and she deceives a raise.

Britney is outstanding employee when i tell you she will help you in what you need, it’s fact she will help you look and find it for you with no hesitation. She also has the traits of a natural leader I also thought she was one of the managers because of how she helped me find an item. I strongly recommend when you got to the store to the ask for Britney for help.

Great service! Friendly and efficient staff! Sent my Neil Lane wedding rings off for service and soldering! Rings came back looking like a brand new set! Love the new policy that requires the staff to take microscopic type photos of the diamonds to ensure they are the same diamonds in the rings when they return from repairs. Thank you ladies and thank you Kay!!

I just want to say my boyfriend ordered me online a ring and had it shipped here in March it came in and was beautiful but a stone was chipped, wasn’t an expensive piece just a birthstone ring that I liked and I showed the ladies and the immediately said we will fix it. They returned it, they ordered the new one exact while I was there they were very polite professional and seemed to be happy to make it right. The new one came in this weekend the aquamarine stone was very light naturally I went back and showed them to be sure it was the right birthstone, it is correct and I’m happy with it but they were willing to replace it just to make me happy. I declined because it is correct and beautiful they were the same ladies and I got the same wonderful service from them again. I ended up leavening with a nice gift for my mom and boyfriend lol please remember that they don’t make the jewelry so it isn’t under their control, whoever is the head manager just know that I spoke with every single lady working yesterday at some point and they are representing your location with professionalism, kindness, and amazing customer service! Remember shoppers kindness and understanding go a long way in retail!

Dana, the store manager, is the best of the best!! She is super friendly, helpful, and feels like a friend the moment you meet her. My husband and I were able to purchase two anniversary bands with her help that were exactly what we were hoping for (they had to be custom ordered and it was quite complicated!) We are so appreciative of her! It is absolutely worth the drive from Cary (or anywhere in the Triangle) to get to work with Dana and this store!

Brittany was such a blessing! She was so kind and helpful. I went in not sure of what I wanted and came out feeling like I just made the best purchase of my life. She made me feel like she wanted me to be happy with the product rather than just trying to make a sale. She made me feel like a genuine friend even though I just met her. I highly recommend her for anyone that is looking to buy something nice for their significant other. Google only lets me do 5 stars but I would put 10 if I could. From now on I’m going to see Brittany for any and all jewelry purchases !

After reading most of the reviews, it seems we all have the same thing in common...we all love Katie!! Really she is super friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I won't shop there unless she's there..heck I won't even pick up my jewelry if she's not there. She's like my personal jewelry model..I've bought two sets of earrings she was wearing because I loved how they looked...She's amazing! Love me some Katie!!

Asked someone to take my jewelry in the Knightdale store for an overdue inspection - Abby was so great and patient. She took the time to call me about a couple of pieces that were missing and a couple that were not on my profile. Abby waited patiently as I searched to find the purchase dates and she added them to my profile so I didn't have to go through that at the next inspection. She was so pleasant - she did not have to call me but her doing so saved me a return trip to the store. Thanks Abby, for your excellent service!
