Awesome customer service! The ladies in there were super sweet and helpful. I went in for a pick up order (4 rotors and brake pads) in the pouring rain and the woman in the front immediately offered to carry my order to the car while I sat inside my car so I wouldn’t get wet. Worth the drive from Wake Forest. Thank you again.

Martin W. went out of his way to assist me with replacing my windshield wipers. Upon entering the store, he promptly welcomed and greeted me. I told him the make and model of my vehicle and he retrieved the information from the computer. He quickly got the wipers and rung me up. He offered the Rewards Program and explained the benefits. I signed up. It's pretty cold and almost closing time and if was more than helpful. He changed the wipers and disposed of the old ones. He gave me tips and helpful information about the maintenance of my vehicle. He even told me about a windshield glass cleaner combination with water repellent to assist with the new wipers. I appreciate his willingness to help! Oftentimes great service is overlooked, but I want to recognize him! He's awesome! He's friendly and very knowledgeable! Thanks again, Martin W.! 😁😁😁

Very helpful folks working here. I've had my battery tested and charged here a few times, and the staff is always helpful in finding what I need. I've never had a serious issue, but I've noticed they're willing to help out customers in the parking lot with a variety of things. And it's great that it's open until 9 pm so I can get there after work.
