Pathetic service, the dining table delivered damaged upon arrival( for which I paid 100 bugs), and the store executive expecting me to come and drop it , when your charging extra for delivery , isn’t that your responsibility to come and pick it back from my home ( If I had a truck , why would I pay 100$ for delivery in first place? )First time purchased from big lots never coming back again !

Big Lots has it all! Went for one small item, after having been disappointed at three other stores. Was tired and probably grumpy. But when I entered the store I was met by a smiling customer followed by a big, "Hello, welcome to Big Lots!" I asked about my item, and although he didn't know where it was, a nearby cashier spoke up and directed me right to it. Extremely pleasant experience and then it was ME that was the customer greeting the next one with a smile.

Nice atmosphere. Not too many shoppers. Found what I needed. Supplies low almost seems as if there are a few of everything. Lol. Now i have my big lots card. And veterans discount. Woop woop

We purchased a very nice bunk bed along with mattresses at the store. The staff was very helpful and provided great suggestions on the best mattresses for the beds. They also discussed the different payment options for the purchase. Very pleased with the experience!

We were moving and ordered a specific couch online that’s said it was available in this store, however there was an issue with shipment and they didn’t have any in stock. The customer service provider on the phone was amazing and helpful and forwarded our issue to the store manager. Since we only have the moving truck the next day, the store manager and furniture associate were able to help us find one (luckily in close driving range in Raleigh). All in all a wonderful customer experience and we love our couch.

Furniture department, awesome place and furniture, but store Associate told me a lie on the price of furniture to make a bigger profit/sale, I wasn't satisfied with that at all. It clearly says 599.99 for 2 piece set below and she told me 599.99 per chair smh😕!
