Second unit I have rented at the Knightdale location. Process is easy and stress free. Love that they include a lock so I do not need to purchase. Well maintained and easy access. Excellent friendly customer service.

I started a reservation for a storage space online and decided to finish it the next day. I needed to finish settling a few things first. Avery responded to my work in progress and the next day followed up with me. He answered several questions- about the units, the insurance versus renters insurance, the lease, the location in relationship to the nearest UHaul and family member addresses. He took the time to do all my research and then he even e-mailed it all to me as well. Avery is great and I really appreciate how easy he made getting this storage space when there’s just so much to do when moving!

I’ve been renting a unit at this location for a little over 2 years. I cannot say enough good things about them! I’ve had zero issues and I’ve always been able to get ahold of somebody on the phone if I have questions or a concern. Not to mention they’re affordable. I’d recommend anybody getting a unit here.

I’ve had zero issues and I’ve always been able to get ahold of somebody on the phone if I have questions or a concern. Not to mention they’re affordable. I’d recommend anybody getting a unit here.

I called Excess Storage at the 805 H&R location in Knightdale to reserve a storage unit for my upcoming move. As I've never done something like this before and had concerns about lot availabilities, speaking to Kerri definitely cleared up all of those reservations and left me confident in my decision. Kerri told me the process and guidelines for reserving and gave me very helpful information I didn't think I would've needed until I heard it. She gave me a fantastic deal for my early reservation and added that I should be able to make a change to my unit if necessary with very little hassle! I appreciate the great service for my first storage rental and am really looking forward to arriving at my destination. I can say that even before moving, just based on the customer service, i would definitely recommend this location for movers or anyone looking to store in or near the Knightdale area!
