Great food and great location. The customer service is awesome! At first I was hesitant to use their drive thru because the lines were so long, but I'm glad I tried it! They have a terrific system set up, with LOTS of staff actually outside, making the flow go really smoothly and FAST. They even have runners bringing orders to cars in line rather than waiting for them to come to the window if there's any kind of a holdup with an order. I was really impressed. Good job for thinking outside the box!! Whoever set that system up needs a promotion and a raise!!! Thanks for the hot food, and service with a smile... lots of them from all the employees I had contact with every time I went!!

The food is Delicious at Zaxby. I was over charged while ordering in the drive through. I was paying credit & cash but the young man outside told me my credit card didn't scan so I paid cash for my order. However; my credit card is setup so if any money is removed from my account it will notify me. I told the Manager and he was very Friendly and Professional. He said he will put the money back on my card. Check your receipt.

6/26/2022 mid afternoon I was sent by my son's family to get food from Zaxby's, whom we love, only to get half my order even after paying for everything on a card. The ironic thing is they were bringing their first child home from the hospital after no sleep for 36 hours wanting nothing more than a couple of cobb salads with grilled chicken. I get home with half the order and no cobb salads. There was no receipt in the bag and when I told the manager my situation she told me I could get 25% off of buying 2 cobb salads after disappointing my son and daughter in law. New business model: Treat everyone as if they are liars and cheats. Good job manager lady.

I’m SUPER Disappointed and Dissatisfied with the my meal from this location. I have eaten from here on many occasions it honestly become one of my favorite in Knightdale especially during the pandemic, however I recently moved to Zebulon but I still shop a lot in Knightdale. So I decided to stop by and get a salad and a wing meal. I get back home in Zebulon which is about 22 minutes away and I find A HAIR ON MY FOOD my egg to be exact. So I called and asked to talk with a manager… so the 1st young lady was like I can help I’m a team lead which I didn’t think she could but I inform her of what my issue was. Once I told her what happened she then transferred the call to the manager. I felt like she should’ve done that in the first place but whatever I chucked it up to it being the steps she had to follow. Then the Manager began to talk with me and once she understood it was a complaint she acted as if it was NOTHING, like is was no big deal, and proceeded to say mistakes happen as if I don’t know that mistakes happen, but I’m Not the only complaint with hair being in their food and in the Salad to be exact. She hardly allowed me to speak as the customer to share my concerns Which I thought was very Rude, I had to ask her to let me talk because I do understand that mistakes happen but had she been a little nicer and professional about the matter I would’ve been willing to give this location another try. However I do have a question is there no one doing a final check on food before it’s sent out. I know it’s fast food but Quality is everything for me as the consumer. I was not happy about having to drive back to Zaxby’s with gas being high and for her to have a don’t care attitude made it worse. I don’t think she needs to be a Manager or she needs more training. I can’t quite remember her name, but it’s whoever you all had scheduled as manager for 1st shift on 05/16/2022 at 11:48 am ……. I will no longer support this location I will happily drive all the way to Clayton or Wake Forest which are the next closest locations to get my Zax fix please do better !!!!!!

Based on the reviews this location used to be good! We tried it out because of the high star rating, and sad to say I was disappointed. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, Cajun chicken sandwich and honey bbq/Buffalo wings. Chicken sandwich- my first bite I spit my food out. I’m sorry! The chicken tasted like it was microwaved. 😩 It seemed gamey. Wings were mediocre. Sauce was decent. Husband liked his Cajun sandwich. I returned the chicken sandwich and exchanged it for a Cobb salad. That was actually good. Also, there was a baby roach on our table. Yikes. On a brighter note, I will say I’m impressed with Krystal. She took care of us the whole time and was very accommodating. She exemplified superior customer service and went above and beyond. She was super polite and took care everything.

So my wife decided to stop in at this location...which is 15 minutes from our home. We were tired and didn't feel like cooking, so decided to eat out. The experience was awful. We ordered 3 Signature Club sandwiches. All 3 of them were missing bacon & cheese.However, we were charged for the Sandwich, we got something else. To add when we got home, there was something black floating in one of our drinks. And the other two drinks were brownish in color. We ordered all Sprites. The young lady who took the order was very sweet and welcoming. However, while she was taking our order, her tablet froze. She had to go back in the restaurant to fix it. Meanwhile, the other dude taking orders continued to take the orders of the people behind us. Therefore, all the cars behind us got their food before we did. The Manager Briana gave us two options: Drive back to Knightdale (15 minutes away) and return the food for a refund. Or she will take 50% off our NEXT order, but it has to be within 7 days. Driving back defeat the whole purpose of us doing take-out and not cooking in the first place. It was time and energy that we were trying to avoid. And the second option rushes us to redeem 50% discount within 7 days. What if we can't make it back in 7 days? What if we don't want Zaxbys within the next 7 days? It would have been better if she just would have offered to reimburse us for the difference in cost we paid for a Sandwich we didn't receive, during our next visit. And for the drinks. Although Briana was professional and apologized. Neither of those options help make our experience any better.

Excellent grilled chicken sandwiches that taste better and are bigger than Chick-fil-A! Couldn’t believe how juicy and soft the chicken was compared to other fast food places. Very clean store and nice employees. Excellent for a fast food joint. Please buy the grilled chicken sandwich and you’ll understand!

Drive thru is crazy?Parking lot is small and tight? Food was okay i ordered boneless wing meal my wings was not saute in sauce? I took me 10 min to park and 15 to leave out of parking lot because of drive-thru blocking exciting vehicles? I highly recommend you go inside way faster? Check food b4 you leave?No Entry on Sundays btw.
