My classic chicken sandwich was nice and crispy. Although there were a few parts that was cooked a bit too long.

Every single time I go I have to return due to an incorrect or incomplete order. Since Covid the employees in there seem to be younger and younger with no care or proper training

Very short staffed and it took way to long to get our food. We felt bad for the manager on duty because he was having to train his helpers as they worked. Mind you we only saw 3 employees including the manager. They need more help.

I've been dying to go here. We have the commercials for them... but I'd never seen one in No. California. Anyway... the meal was delicious. Commercial tells the truth. Chicken is deliciously crunchy. Chicken sandwich is the family favorite, but popcorn chicken... off the charts good. Original or Spicy chicken, French fries original or Spicy, mashed potatoes (like mom made, no - really!) with or without cajun gravy, yummy mac & cheese... and did I mention the biscuits? Ya... beyond good. That was all we had, but theres lots of other menu choices. The place was very clean, plexiglass barrier for everyones safety, very friendly staff & hot fresh comfort food. At an affordable price! What more could you want? I highly recommend you try this restaurant & THIS LOCATION. I was impressed by the staff in most all categories. I guess the only thing that bothered my was it took a little while to get my order. I had no idea that things were cooked fresh... what a welcome suprise. We all fully enjoyed the meal & the kind interaction with the staff. Another welcome suprise. From the front & back staff to the Manager who was right in the thick of things, helping instead of barking orders... I think that's AWESOME. The place was steady busy, instore & drivethru. I will miss this place when I go back to California... but I'll be back every time I visit. Come on & get you & yours a good meal... I almost guarantee you won't be DISAPPOINTED.

Absolutely horrible customer service by their manager named Jason. I asked for a half cut tea and was berated by him about being “more specific”. I assumed that half cut meant the same at every fast food establishment and that has never been lost in translation. He also had a horrible attitude one week ago when I inquired about ordering cookies. There is a picture of cookies on the menu, but before I could give my order for them, he stated “We don’t have cookies here.” in a tone so nasty that my mother (who was on speaker phone) was offended. When I asked for his name, an employee was happy to offer it and stated that he is always mean. I figured that much, but I won’t spend my hard earned money there again.

Where do I even begin? The inside smelt like feces/sewage today. The workers are always screaming or yelling. The food tastes like fried nothing, it’s extremely gross. Not to mention they don’t give you napkins or dipping sauce you ask for. Truly horrible.

11/25/19 was my first time visiting this location. We ended up coming here because the Popeyes on Capital Blvd, ran out of chicken. 🤔 They had to make our chicken to order. It was fresh and hot.😁 We ordered (2) 11 piece boxes. Oh my goodness, their 11 piece box was $2 more than the other Popeyes which is only about 10 minutes away, really! The chicken tasted as if it did not brine long enough. When we started to eat the chicken we had to add salt to it. The staff was super nice. But this is a location I do not think I will be returning to. 🙁

I resisted for a long time but finally gave into the hype and tried the Popeye's chicken sandwich. My opinion in the debate against Chick-fil-a's chicken sandwich......both are good for different reasons. Chick-fil-a's is familiar and has the right spice BUT the Popeye's sandwich brings the crispy breading and delicious bun. I'm not a divider, I'm down with both. It's a thumbs up for me.

I got lucky and tried these a couple Thursdays ago... arguably the best chicken sandwich I've had at a fast food restaurant. I'm a diehard Bo Cajun Filet biscuit guy so.....
