Stopped at the Wake Forest AutoZone for a specific product that Target did not have in stock; it was priced $8 higher at AutoZone. I asked the clerk whether they price matched and he first responded "I don't know .." and asked another employee. Then, his response was "Yes, but I have to wait for him." While waiting, he asked what I was trying to match, so I showed him the Target app description, and he immediately said "Oh, Target prices their products regionally, so we can't match that." (Note: It was the online price for Target, it was not specific to the Wake Forest location.) Changing the story 3 times in a matter of minutes makes me believe that they'd rather take advantage of the customer when possible...I won't return.

Employee Josh at the capital location highly rude and disrespectful. Customer service communication skill is awful. Instead of him helping me with a situation of getting the wrong part from another store and coming to capital since they was the only location with the correct part Josh want to put up an argument with me inside of the store around other employees and customers.
