Mike was really great, as I went into the store to get my battery checked. He not only installed a new battery, but cleaned all parts AND painted not only the the battery holder, but anything else he saw that needed some paint. Truly, this man went above and beyond the call of duty to help me! Thanks Mike, and AutoZone!

I went to this store on Falls Of Neuse Road last night because my battery was dead. I spoke with an associate there named Mike and told him of the situation I was going through on that day. I had a few choices for the batteries but the one I wanted they didn't have but he called the store on capital Blvd and he asked to keep one for me because I was on my way there but before I left he gave me instructions to make sure that my connectors would be cleaned thoroughly due to build up corrosion. Because my battery was so dead he had to jump-start my car three times because it kept stalling before I could leave the parking lot. I finally just decided to get the battery that they had in stock that came with top posts though my car required a battery with side posts but whomever owned my car prior to me replaced the original battery with side posts with one with top posts. Mike went about replacing my battery and cleaning my battery connectors thoroughly and he made sure I was good to go. I really appreciate how he was patient with me and mindful.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike, he is a huge asset to this store. He took the time out to help me and teach me things about my car I had no clue about. He is as real as it gets and truly cares for people. He is there to help not sell, he makes you feel like family.

I've been shopping at this location for a few years and never left disappointed. The whole team is fantastic, yet Elsa really goes above and beyond. She always greets with a smile and offers to hunt down whatever obscure part(s) I need for my obsolete cars, knowing full well it may be an exercise in futility. Elsa is a rockstar.

My wife and I needed a lot of help in our most recent stop here at this Auto Zone location. We needed anti freeze and lights and the good fellas at this location (Tom, Kobe and Theo) all we’re willing and able to assist. I appreciate Tom going above and beyond to assist with replacing my tail lights and assuring I replaced my antifreeze correctly. These guys are competent and do their due diligence! Thanks for the help gang!

Mike M. was fantastic! Quick to help, patient, extremely nice and gave me great information! He help me select the right items for my needs and explained how to check a few things for myself. He took his time to make sure I understood things and never got frustrated when I asked him questions that may seem like silly ones to most. Mike told me how to ask for things at my next servicing appointment and even took the time to update my info in the system and explain to me how the rewards work! I hope the next time I go in he is working! As a woman it's hard to come by people in the industry trust to not take advantage of my lack of knowlage or see my business as a waste of time. Thanks Mike! You are a Rockstar! 10 out of 10!

I've been to this location for assistance with a "check engine light" issue. Every time, they have been super help and have run the diagnostics on the car. It doesn't seem to matter how busy they are, the treat you like you are the only customer there. They are great.
