Went to see my surgeon at this new location. It is very nice by the way - and you don't have to pay to park and then walk cross country to enter the bldg. My bad experience is with a staff member wearing plum colored scrubs, driving a grey mercedes. It was my first time there so I didn't know where the bldg would be. I'm driving looking for the bldg. She is out on a food delivery run and impatient. She's blowing the horn and shouting out her window. When I arrive at my bldg - she is at the same bldg parking in a handicap space (no handicap sticker or tag). She shouts at me again cursing this time. I don't know where these people get there customer service skills but more training on professionalism and courtesy is required desperately. Update (2/25/21) I don't know if this lady was staff or not - doesn't matter. I assumed she was because of where she parked and the fact that she was delivering food and I was in her way. The point is that it happened right in front of the bldg and right under the eyes of security cameras. I wasn't sure whether I should park and go in or just leave.

I arrived 20 mins early for my appt and had to wait an hour and a half. My daughter has been having problems with enlarged adenoids and enlarged tonsils with swollen turbinates in her nose, no imaging was done to make sure to diagnose her condition 100%. Was told to use nasal steroid spray and come back in 3 months! She can't breathe she hyperventilates and is now a mouth breather can barely get any air inside her nose. She needs surgery she's tired during the day and is hyperactive now. Why make a child suffer this way 3 more months?!

Rude receptionist. You’re dealing with people who could have or do have life-threatening illnesses. Maybe cut back on the condescension and have a little empathy, especially over the phone.

I've been to this facility a few times and I can say that your experience there is completely dependent on the staff there at the time and partially the time of day you go. I recommend earlier appointment times as I've found that the earlier it is, the perkier and more helpful the staff are. Only once did I have an actual bad experience, but every other time (I believe about 3 other times) the staff had been helpful, polite, and fast. I have been to some actual horrendous medical imaging facilities, and I promise Green Spring Station is not one of them.

I’m suite 2300, the check in clerk with the glasses , older lady . Is very unprofessional, always has an attitude. She treats the white patients with respect & a smile. But the black patients don’t even get eye contact . She needs to be fired , replaced, just gone . This is my second time , bringing my four year old daughter here& it’s been very unpleasant both times.

I want to commend Dr. Joanne Trapeni and the staff at Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging - Green Spring Station for the extraordinary care that they provided recently. Dr. Trapeni demonstrated a high level of technical expertise but above all, she demonstrated a high level of "caring." Her concern for me as a patient was present throughout my visit and made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Trapeni.

the MRI stuff were unbelievable. they did everything to make me feel comfy . even found my specific music at YouTube! I felt like I'm in a spa!

Brought my relative over for a procedure . They had her wait in car because of Covid rules( no big deal) . They call her in early , so she goes in. I can see having to wait fifteen minutes (they said they were ready) . It’s been almost two hours . Do yourself a favor and go to a different office. It’s obvious from the other reviews, they either over book or they don’t know what time management is. That falls on the office manager and scheduling coordinator. Sounds like they need to do some new hiring of staff.

Techs confused, tell you little about procedures and are much t aggressive in ordering patients around. Little respect and they treat you like you are something to be rushed out asap. Front desk also mistakes clear instructions from referring physicians.
