Every time that my Fiance' and I stop by, Carlee has been working. I just want you to know that she makes every experience great and always has a smile, even when loaded down with customers. She is knowledgeable on products and politely works to upsell them every time. I have literally seen her jogging between cleaning beds and greeting new arrival customers. I just hope the work she puts in doesn't go unnoticed, because not every branch is so lucky. Please give her a raise or at least consider a bonus because she more than deserves it. While looking to purchase furniture and cameras present all around, no one came to help us until I frantically gesture to the cameras for help. Only to have someone come to disappoint us. She lost the sale to a ready to pay customer and it angered me. ~Andre

I had the worst experience in my life here ! Stay away from Vaibhav Patel, my experience with him was as bad as it can be, this ''pseudo business banker'' confused my first name with a part of my business name. I came to this location trying to finish my business account with chase and I have ended up with 3 bankers checking my id and with this Patel guy nut understanding that my business name has nothing to do with my name. The worst part is that the manager of the branch tried to assist him but she ended up staring on my id and telling me to come back with a passport...My question is why ? They had my dl my social my business documentation and still they could not finish opening a simple checking account... When I asked why should I come back with my passport they could not answer and just said for verification purpose.... Stay away from this branch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ~Nicole

3 stars because the sandwich was good. But the staff wasn’t welcoming. We weren’t greeted at the door. And the older Indian lady was rude, didn’t give me time to look at the menu. She threw my sandwich down. And then when older male was checking me out, she stood there giving me dirty looks. Staff needs to be nicer. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Never been here before but my usual girl is out for surgery so figured I’d give this place a shot. Looked up the hours, said 8pm so I headed that way. Got there at 7:15, door is locked and guy mouths “closed”. Funny when the door clearly says 8 and the open sign is actively flashing. Had one shot and blew it, won’t be back. ~Cameron

Prices are always wrong, make sure you check their online price because they price match and everything on the floor is over marked. Also, they don’t know how to take care of their animals, I was appalled tot see this poor snake looking emaciated and dehydrated. I tapped on the glass and the snake didn’t even move. They’re selling for $500!! Shameful! ~Julian

People here are nice but the wait time is awful! I waited a couple of hours and the other patients who were waiting with me also said that they had been here for much longer. I took time off from work to come to this appointment, so it sucked that I had to ask for more time off. By hour 2 I still hadn’t seen the doctor and by the time I left, the office was literally closing. So it was just a very stressful experience and I hope that they can improve on their wait times soon! Thanks! ~Wareesha
