I have to say the gentleman at this store are amazing! I had a online print order (funeral program) that I originally tried at Office Depot and staples both who couldn’t print in the time I needed it. Found UPS and placed the order online for a different store a day ahead of my deadline. The manager of the original store (Cockeysville) apparently doesn’t check his online orders, I placed at 9 am pick up at 5 pm all to be told it wasn’t ready and asked if I could come back tomorrow. I agreed. Next day I get a call with Ann excuse if he can’t print it for me 🤦🏽‍♀️. Found this location placed the order online then called to confirm it was received and that they could print it. The gentleman assured me they would get it done. At the end of the day, these gentleman got my programs done for me and even thought the folding machine was not in store they attempted to hand fold them for me. Excellent customer service!! Very appreciative of their efforts in helping me get this done. ~Sherrie

Horrible experience. She missed the vein on my one year old. My husband and I were horrified (also is this even standard protocol for taking blood in such a young child??) We left before she could mess up on the other arm. Facility in general seemed unclean and incredibly unprofessional. Go elsewhere. ~Katie

I had an outstanding experience at Mr. Tire on Padonia road this morning. I had a headlight out and was told by 5 different auto service centers that they would have to remove my bumper to fix it and would cost upwards of $150-$200 dollars. I called Mr. Tire and they not only got me in right away, but they also completed the job swiftly and for a very reasonable price without removing my bumper or any parts. Mr. Antonio, Mr. Colbert, and their team were knowledgeable in the services they provide and masters of their craft with truly excellent customer service and kindness. I am blown away by the professionalism of this team and their establishment. Thank you for fitting me in and for a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this auto service center. ~Cynthia

Maria's has had some of the best pizza EVER, for as long as I can remember! I used to come here all the time in high school but I know it was around long b4 that. And it's still around & STILL has some of the best pizza ever!!! Their sauce is so unique, almost has a sweet taste to it... it's excellent!!! ~Lauren

AVOID PNC. They had someone do a CMA on my house and they were using 3 year old data. They refused to share why/how this happened. They refused to expedite the re/do process. No apologies offered. Go anywhere else and probably to local credit unions. They need our, super hard fought for, assets to survive just as we do. ~Bryan

BUYER BEWARE A couple of weeks ago, I turned on a pump to get gas. Before I even had a gallon, the priced jumped to $115. I stopped pumping and went in to tell the clerk and was told it was the previous person's charge and not to worry because my card wouldn't be charged. He encouraged me to put the pump back and start over. I was skeptical but did. The pump went to zero. After about $20, I felt uncomfortable and stopped. Later the same day, I saw my account was charged for both transactions so I returned that day. Another attendant was there and was rude and unhelpful. He said is was a temporary hold on my account, which was completely false. They would not refund my money. Luckily I disputed the $115 charge with my bank and was fortunate to get my account refunded. I will NEVER return to this Exxon again! If I could give them zero stars I would. ~KM

I arrived 20 mins early for my appt and had to wait an hour and a half. My daughter has been having problems with enlarged adenoids and enlarged tonsils with swollen turbinates in her nose, no imaging was done to make sure to diagnose her condition 100%. Was told to use nasal steroid spray and come back in 3 months! She can't breathe she hyperventilates and is now a mouth breather can barely get any air inside her nose. She needs surgery she's tired during the day and is hyperactive now. Why make a child suffer this way 3 more months?! ~Rocio
