Horrible experience. She missed the vein on my one year old. My husband and I were horrified (also is this even standard protocol for taking blood in such a young child??) We left before she could mess up on the other arm. Facility in general seemed unclean and incredibly unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

This is the BEST Labcorp location and I've been to several different locations in the surrounding area. The Phlebotomist at this location was knowledgeable, professional, and has excellent "bedside" manner. While this is a very small location, I had the best time (imagine that at a lab) getting my blood drawn here. I will describe it as a "diamond in the rough", hideaway location for those who desire a quiet, serene atmosphere. The blood-draw I experienced was nearly pain-free and it was just a completely pleasant experience. I must admit that I was at this same location, with the same Phlebotomist last week and I received the same BEST experience. Yes, it was so nice that I had to drive many miles back to this location (during these high gas prices) just to receive the same experience. Thank You and I'll only go back to this location for this same Phlebotomist.

I took my son in for routine bloodwork today. My son is petrified of needles and the lady that helped us was absolutely phenomenal. I told her that he was scared and as she talked to him, she encouraged him to be brave and strong, including “show me how strong you are and make me a tight fist.” This the first time in 12 years that we’ve done bloodwork and he hasn’t cried or got upset. For one I was very proud of my son, but Terry was amazing with him. I will always go back to this location as long as Terry works there.

I always use this location and it's always fine. The woman are very friendly and fast. I don't know some others had such a bad experience, but the woman that work in there are always amazing!

Then I asked since I have medical insurance now is there another place I can get bloodwork down. She was like No I only work for Labcorp just rude and abrupt. I am going to write to management of this location next.

I don't know what happened when Katherine Anderson visited. I was very pleased with the lady working at this location, its a 1 womam show and she's quick will have you in and out in 20 minutes. It'll be best if you make an appointment. Very professional and she listens. I will be returning here for future services.

Go see the folks at the LapCorp on York and Ridgely about 2 miles south of this location. They are friendly, helpful, and will be happy to answer any questions you have, which is the opposite of the experience I had at THIS location. There is a tech at THIS location who will not answer your questions pertaining to your procedure/test and will give you major attitude just for asking. This left me needing to trust the advice of Google due to the lack of information given by this healthCARE “professional.” (The Ridgely location is also less busy) I only tried this location because Ridgely was out of the test kit I needed, but I will never return.
