I went to Quest, was stuck 3 times by someone trying to draw my blood. Called another person in, they got it right away. So I was stuck 4 times, all for quest to order the wrong labs, after calling quest, I was told I’d have to come back. I’ll go to the Maryland School for the Blind before I go back to quest.

Long wait just to drop off specimen from previous day. Every other lab has just accepted it when I walked through the door. They already had all the information on me, my insurance, and the test. They made me wait behind other lab patients who had blood draws etc. Absolutely ridiculous. They could have told me I would need a second appointment just to drop off. Lab tech was very grumpy both days, but after seeing her struggle with computer system I can understand. In the end she apologized. I cannot recommend this location until they fix the system.

I took my 8 week old to have testing done this morning. The phlebotomist a male bigger build was not the best at his job. After him attempting to lance my daughter’s foot 3 separate times he gave up asked another to finish up and ran out the door to lunch break. Quite disappointed with this company.

Absolutely terrible service and rude employees. Does not matter if you have an appointment or walk-in. I’ve never had problems at labcorp.

This place has a HORRIBLE scheduling issue. 3 times now I have scheduled appointments via the automated phone system and 3 times now when I go to check in it can't find me. More, when I scan my drivers license the kiosk app crashes and the whole thing restarts. Now I have to wait for a "walk in" appointment. I have to get to work! This is the qhile reason I scheduled my appointment! The staff is nice but they need to fix this nonfunctional scheduling system!

Not really sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. I have been there 3 times, most recently today, and I have always enjoyed 5-star service. The staff has been great, on-time, very professional, very engaging and always provided a great experience. Quick, efficient, clean, and convenient location. Highly recommend.

amazing experience today. Marlin (not sure of the first name) the phlebotomist executed the best blood draw i have ever experienced. had i not been looking I would not have known when she started and finished until she was covering the puncture with cotton. I mean really the best ever draw I've ever experienced. and her response to my compliments were very matter of fact. i don't think she knows how good she is. if you have someone like do, two overly dramatic kids then i would request her. I'm 55 and get regular blood work and also donate blood so i have many draws to compare against.

I've been to this lab many times, and the service is always pretty bad- staff is unhelpful and dismissive, waiting area crowded (can't keep 6ft from others), and always at least a 15 minute wait past the appointment time. I've kept going back only because it's the closest one to my house. After today I will never go back there. I checked in and waited in my car for a text because the waiting room was full- all chairs taken and 6 people standing. Thirty minutes later I got the text and went inside. No staff was there. I called out to someone I saw in the back, who rudely refused to help me. Two other clients walked in who had been texted- no one to help any of us. We learned from another client that several names were called, and when no one came forward we were kicked off the queue. Finally a staff member came out, but had no idea what was happening- she kept telling us to sign in. She then started yelling to the other staff- asking who had texted anybody. No help there. Obviously they cannot follow their own check in procedures, nor master the skills required to keep a simple waiting list, and cannot be bothered to show a minimum amount of courtesy expected from a health care facility. How can I possibly trust them to competently and ethically attend to my medical procedures? I have more faith in the hostess at Applebee's to do the job. Shame on you!

I’ve been to this location twice and I won’t make the mistake of returning a third time. Both times I was treated in a manner that was unprofessional by staff. The first time I made an appointment. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time and watching them call people who walked in with no appointment, I asked a staff member if I was going to be seen. She sighed loudly and stated they were doing the best they could. I understand being overwhelmed or very busy but if patients who walked in at the same time you did with no appointment and are being seen before you then what is the point of making an appointment? Today I went there to pick up a specimen container to complete a test at home. I only needed the container. Nothing else. There was no one at the desk to help me. So I used the check in tablet but it stated the next available time to be seen was 2.5 hours from now. Since no one was available out front I knocked on the door. No one answered. I waited a few minutes and knocked again. A woman opened the door and I explained I just needed a specimen container. With an attitude she told me I needed to check in. I reiterated that I only needed the container. She said “You still need to check in and wait” and then closed the door in my face. I went down the street to a LabCorp and was treated so graciously and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Lesson learned.
