went to two diff locations two separate times (route 26 & urbana) & was disappointed both times. i was on time but called into my room late & massage was over before time was up both times. never again.

Disappointed with they are service, difficult to get appointment for massage or facial. I signed up for membership and I'm not continue after 6 months be a member. I still have extra 3 hours can use but every time to get appointment so difficult and the staff also not tell you it's has expire to use our balance hour. I didn't know that. Staff said on email when u sign up, honestly who is remember that, why not give any notification your balance almost expire. Never want be sign up for this place anymore. They are not good customer service. Good luck for everyone sign up and please read they are email details when you want to stop membership with them.

10/10 Donni was very personable and had great communication throughout the entire message! 5 star massage all the way! The front desk attendant- Cassidy was very kind and welcoming. From the previous reviews I was nervous about being pressured into opening a membership but that was not my experience at all! Cassidy gave me a pamphlet and reviewed briefly what they offered and sent me on my way! Over all wonderful experience!

The staff up front that handle scheduling and the therapist are Second to none. By far the best massage therapy in Frederick. I highly recommend going in. Even if it's your first time or you been receiving massage therapy for 20 years. I especially recommend working with anyone up front. They're extremely knowledgeable about the different therapist and are super helpful. I felt that my needs were just as important to them as it was for me. On top of all that they're extremely affordable and I feel amazing after each session. Thanks Massage Envy for exceptional service week in amd week out!

The massage was good except that the therapist was very chatty and talked the first 30 minutes, so I could not relax, but had to respond to her questions about my job. Then, once the massage was done and I was feeling very nice, the front desk clerk was horrible about hard selling me products and memberships and the next massage. I asked the girl to back off that this was not a way to win a client when one was feeling nice and like jello, but she kept on. I will not be back.

BEST massage I've ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed every acpect of my personalized massage but I will never visit this location company again and have encouraged my friends to avoid it as well. My first massage was $59.99 and my appointment was made because I had received a gift card from someone who had worked hard to give me this gift in love. Immediately following my massage I was HARASSED by staff to join their membership program. I was pressured into giving more of my money now for this membership program and was threatened that if I did not do so at that moment that I would then face a $60 membership fee on top of the $70/month membership dues if I would decide to join later. I felt embarrassed and angry when I left and never want another person to feel this way. What's worse is that now that I've used my "Introductory" rate for my 1st massage, if someone would ever give me another gift card for $75 it wouldn't come close to covering the "regular" price of $120.00/hour. I'll be happy to take the time to commute to another competitor who won't bully me into giving them more money than is deserved or appropriate.
