My Therapist, Erica is #1with me. She ask me questions and she listened for my response. Then she proceeds to provide the needed attention to the areas which I pointed out that needed her attention. She is attentive to my needs and concerns and she offers suggestions which I find very helpful. I particularly like that she takes an interest in her client, me! Yesterday's visit to Massage Envy was a MUCH NEEDED ONE for me. I had the pleasure of having Dandre for the first time. He knew that I liked pressure and worked his best to get all of my tension knots out. He definitely was what I needed for an hour or more. The ladies at the desk booked my future visits without issue. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I sent my husband in as a surprise to start off his 50th birthday celebration. I paid for a 30 minute stretching session (which I was told was relaxing) and added the upgrade. He arrived 20 minutes early to complete paperwork when only 15 minutes was required. As soon as he walked into the massage room, even before a hello, he was told that he only had 20 minutes. During that 20 minutes, he said that he felt like he was at the chiropractor. The relaxing start of the day was a horrible experience. I then attempted contacting the manager by phone, but there is NEVER a manager available. I've left my name and number for a call back and almost two weeks now, nothing. I went there this weekend and was told that they don't have a manager assigned to the store, the manager is a district manager responsible for several stores. The receptionist was able to refund me the upgrade charge, but need a manager for a full refund. I'm giving them a two rating because the receptionist Millie is very nice and accommodating. She was very apologetic but we know that the problem is above her pay. This was VERY poor service Massage Envy. I even had an appt for myself in September of which I cancelled.

I had a very positive experience at Massage Envy. From the ladies at the front desk to the actual masseuse, everything was done very professionally. The masseuse (sorry don’t know her name) obviously knew what she was doing. She worked on specific area of my body for just the right amount of time and she also has very strong hand for a slightly petite woman. My only complaint is that it’s hard to get an appointment.

Your staff is so professional and efficient. I appreciate how they proactively check for my next appointment and help with booking when needed. D’andre and Paul are my regular therapists. Both provide superb deep tissue massage therapy.

I love my massage therapist. Honestly it’s the only Reason I continue to go to this location. I have been a member since 2017 and over the last year the service has declined overall. There is absolutely no ease in making appointments and I have even had credits build up due to lack of availability. They have this rule about not making more than two appointments at a time to help everyone get a appointment, yet I still can’t get an appointment. When you mention it, they don’t apologize and they don’t even consistently reach out when there are cancellations. My roommate and I see the same therapist and she will get cancellation text and I don’t. There is inconsistency when schedules open for two months out. For example April 9th I was told June was almost full and only Given Father’s Day as a option. Yet on May 1st I was told July isn’t open. So more than likely I won’t get a July, this has been the trend!!!! It’s been feeling like they do not care about their clientele.

Even though I was not able to keep my original therapist due to my particular scheduling needs. I’ve found all the therapists to be very professional. Each of them are particularly concerned with making sure my experience was satisfactory and unique to my specific body areas. Paul was no exception. Genuinely kind in assuring a good experience. I truly appreciate the extra effort make by the staff to accommodate my schedule. As they say in Group, I’ll keep coming back.🤸🏾♀️🤸🏾♀️🤸🏾♀️🤗

Ariel is the best!! Pays a lot attention to detail and has a great rhythm to her massages. I am a graphic designer and I get a lot of kinks in my neck and shoulders. I have been going to her for almost a year now and have seen improvement!! She knows all my tight spots and is very mindful. She always asks if the pressure is good which I appreciate too. Love her!!

Mendel is poised, warm, professional and without question the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She listens to clients requests but also uses her training and experience to address issues you weren’t aware of how her couldn’t fully explain. In a word, Mendel is amazing!
