So, I went to the T-Mobile hoping to get my tablet fixed because I accidentally spilled some water on it and ever since then it's been acting funny. So I went to this one because number 1 the other T-Mobile store that are closer to my house they clothed forever and I'm so upset because why are you closing all the T-Mobile stores when you know that most of the people who have phones probably go to T-Mobile . I wasn't the only one who went to Bowie Town Center and ppl stood in line hoping that the T-Mobile store would open just to find out that is close forever. They should have put like a sign on the website or something saying we are moving locations, but that's just rude. This T-Mobile store the girls act like they were just nonchalant and passive aggressive like they wanted customers to come on and then leave as quickly as they could, let them get help as fast as they could . Though unfortunately I didn't get my tablet fixed because they said you need a technician and they didn't have one at that store which was very unfortunate because the other T-Mobile had a technician at the store but they closed that 1 forever Then I try to go to another 1 that have a technician they closed that 1 as well. So there's a total of 5, T-Mobile stores that are near me but 4 of them closed the one I went to the other day was the only 1 open and they didn't have a technician. They told me File a claim online and to go to the website and to either call their number, well the reason why I went to the store is because I couldn't file a claim online due to the fact that they said that the date of the incident didn't match what was in their records so I had no choice. So I left defeated And I'm hoping I could find another T-Mobile store hopefully hopefully like I don't understand why you're shutting T-Mobile stores down like if you want to lose customers this is the fastest way to lose customers like seriously. Do better And have a technician at the store.

I came into this store at about 1030am on a Thursday. Two employees were talking to one another over the counter, with no other customers besides myself. As I approached them, they looked at me (no greeting) as if I was interrupting them. I asked if they had IPhone cords. They said they did, if I would ‘wait a minute.’ For what? Them to finish their private conversation? No. I went ever to staples and bought one. Horrible, entitled staff who think its your pleasure to be waited on by them. Hopefully your experience is better than mine.

This location needs help! I had been dealing with the 1800 line to get a replacement device for my current one is not working and I pay insurance monthly on the device. the 1800 people told me I could pick up the replacement at my local store and would be notified upon the devices arrival. I arrived was greeted by a rep Michael I think he starts to look at his phone and then his manager ( I think) Elsa comes over picks up my phone looks at it within two seconds and puts back down on the counter basically sliding it at me saying we can't take this there's corrosion and scuff and looks like its water damage, I have never dropped the phone in water,so I don't know where water damage was coming from, so then the lady walks away/ out of the store and then I asked the guy fed up at this point am I getting a phone today or not and the guy says no. so instead of escalating it any further I left and upon exiting I saw the rep lady and heard say into a phone yeah im not taking that/ that phone and look at me, I couldn't help but feel she was talking about me as it had only been maybe 3 minutes, the whole experience felt gross and kind of micro aggressive like I understand that the world is anti black but do I have to be mistreated in the phone store where I give money to for phones and pay my bill every month to I didn't see any treatment like this to the other customers some who don't look like me so I have to wonder is this because of how I look? I don't know what I do know is I had a horrible experience and poor customer service, I have since reported this to the 1800 team, and they said this is a corporate store and gets complaints regularly so I feel better about that and by proxy less gaslit. all in all this store could use some revamping.

It was time for an upgrade, so I decided to go back To greenbelt just to realize that they have new staff I was a little hesitant but Danny made me feel at ease and gave me a good vibe, I bombarded him with questions about the newest phone and his knowledge is of the chart he is very patience and very friendly, if u pay them a visit ask for Danny he is the guy to go too. Best customer service I’ve seen in a Tmobile.

I went into this T-Mobile about some questions I had about upgrading to the 13 the young lady named Elda she was so helpful , went out her way and took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through everything. at the same time i witness there was this customer being so rude to her for no reason while she was helping me. which was not okay she was doing her job . her customer service skills are amazing and when i do decide to switch i’ll most definitely be going back to this t mobile to see her .

I was very pleased with my visit at this T-mobile I was helped by one of the staff, Elda, who made my visit very pleasant. I came in because I had questions about my bill and Elda was super patient and explained everything to me. This the best customer service I have received at a mobile store (staff members are usually always like in a rush, not Elda doe.)

I was so impressed with the due diligence in setting up my new line and how patient the Manager Gio and Danny were with me and all of my reservations, hesitations and questions. They were quick and very informative! I highly recommend going to the Greenbelt T-Mobile across from NASA! You will not be disappointed!!!

Danny and the manger were super helpful in helping bring my lines over from Verizon. Between both of them was a ton of knowledge and great energy. I will be recommending all of my friends and family.

Diana is the best! Her customer service skills are off the charts! She's dynamic! She's helping me, helping you, talking to the 611 guy for another customer... multitasking, killed it! And not once was customer service compromised. Thanks again Diana 😃

I was just at this T-Mobile Store. I received such wonderful customer service. Natalie and Kevin really helped me decide what I needed. They spent time to listen to my needs and recommended options that were best for me. I couldn't have asked for better service.
