Best cell phone store in Lanham, Maryland (MD) 2024

I came into this store at about 1030am on a Thursday. Two employees were talking to one another over the counter, with no other customers besides myself. As I approached them, they looked at me (no greeting) as if I was interrupting them. I asked if they had IPhone cords. They said they did, if I would ‘wait a minute.’ For what? Them to finish their private conversation? No. I went ever to staples and bought one. Horrible, entitled staff who think its your pleasure to be waited on by them. Hopefully your experience is better than mine. ~Brad

There is no ways I get charged a service fee of $20 and a device set up service fee of $15 for just her providing me with a new SIM card and says it says no refund on the receipt she literally didn’t need to do no set up worth this much ~Hakim
